Poor, the program cant connect online, so no updates. the ocr functions do not work, the scan functions do not work, and customer service is essentially non-existent.

Some of the functions that work are great, like merging documents, editing and other things that you cant do with a just a reader.

Most of the functions that were supposed to be included with the premium version have never worked, and it is so hard to get to customer service it's almost not worth it.

Always excellent products and support at a reasonable price. I would recommend Soda PDF Pro to anyone creating or manipulating PDF documents.

Besides an excellent product in PDF Pro, the technical and support staff are outstanding. I had inadvertently subscribed to two different versions of SodaPDF with overlapping subscriptions. The support staff pointed out my error and extended my PDF Pro subscription as compensation.

Great products and services, nothing to complain about.

Amazingly provide users with all needed tools to complete their tasks in a very professional way.

Extremely impressive, professional software. One of the most I fall in love with for being user friendly.

It doesn't convert from word to pdf through the option convert to... wish this can be fixed please.

I do have a complaint---sometimes a PDF file that I have modified and saved "hangs" and Windows will not allow me to move it to a different folder because it is "open and in use" (even with everything closed). The only way to "free it up" is to restart Windows. ----Just a minor inconvenience.

I have been using SODA 11 since April 2019. I like what it provides for manipulation of my PDF files.

I became VERY unhappy and frustrated when "my administrator" "unassigned" my access" to my program and was literally FORCING me to purchase an upgrade, abandoning my perpetual license that I purchased in 2019!!!!

Was very frustrated Tuesday, but Molly redeemed my opinion and relieved my frustrations. I was working so had to try to work while trying to get this fixed. Was kicked off chat four times and then when I tried to get on chat after I was done working on Tuesday, chat was down. So glad I got Molly today because she was able to get the software working as it has since I bought it in 2018.

Molly was able to get me set back up so I could use my owned software within 30 minutes. Appreciate Molly's quick resolution of my issue.

Previous Tuesday when I was knocked off chat 4 times.

I don't edit every PDF that I have on my computer ... but every once in a while I find a need to change something on a PDF and SODA 14 gives me everything I've ever needed.

I like what I can do with SODA 14 and I don't believe that I could use any other features other than those provided with this version.

I needed to learn what I needed to do to use all the features ... but once I did this "CON" turned out to be nothing at all.

Overall the experience was positive. Response was quick and good.

Molly, the support assistant, got the issue elevated and repaired in short order (a couple of hours).

Needed a pdf conversion software.. looked at numerous ones... Soda works perfect and simply for me... thanks.

Slow customer service response..... but did respond and quickly resolved the problem.

I will continue to use SODA PDF, fair price, and it gets the job done. I have been using SODA PDF for around 6 years now.

Im able to combine and convert multiple photos to PDF. Easily opens and reads my pdf docs. Has all the features I need to complete my work.

I find it difficult to copy text to paste elsewhere. I tried the OCR program and found it more difficult than simply copy/paste.

Believe this is one for the money. Have referred this product to many friends and family. Truly happy with the company, service and pricing.

I had one of the worst experiences trying to get answers from Adobe so I tried Soda. What a difference. Just because of Jessie's support I am purchasing Soda. Thank you.

I wish more companies would respond to disputes like this. Also the agent I dealt with was exemplary in every way.

The representative I dealt with was professional and most respectful. I very much appreciate her attitude and help in settling my billing questions.

After everything is settled I believe it was a simple matter of misunderstanding.

Good software. It does what I want it to do. Do not use auto renew. You need to decide for yourself if you want to continue with a new software subscription.

Everything about this software package is very good; however, purchase the software and you will have to purchase add ons for things like adjusting page size.

Very poor customer service. If I was not thrilled with the software, I would not purchase it due to poor customer service.

It’s a good product that makes dealing with documents easier, both creating and editing. I like the use of esign, previewing, and converting documents.

Good. Sadly there is one missing feature that is crucial to me that I can only get on ABBYY PDF software or I would only use Soda since I find ABBYY not easy to use. But I require an OCR reader that will read Hebrew and allow me to copy Hebrew into other documents without turning it to something strange. If you ever got this fixed, I would definitely be a totally loyal fan.

I much prefer Soda for its ease of use and great features. Customer support has been pretty good so far.

It is so nice not being stuck with Adobe's PDF very expensive editor. I think SodaPDF is more capable than Adobe's PDF Editor too. I really like the arrow option and I do not remember Adobe having an arrow option like SodaPDF.

I have had to contact customer support a couple of times and they have been very responsive, polite and professional.

No cons so far.

Great experience with support. They knew how to solve the problem without bringing in someone else. Got it done quickly and right!

I had several issues going on and support was able to handle both. The team gave good instructions, and handled everything correctly and efficiently.

The support people didn't give up on me despite the lack of success at my end, due to a security protocol issue on my PC.
The problem, not able to activate license) has been resolved.

Having worked out the problem with activation was at my end (TLS issue), Audrey came up with a work-around and I now have a working copy of Soda PDF.

Good product would recommend but please revise cost since I believe this is a good product but way too expensive at regular price.

Very good product which I've been using 10+ years. Very interactive, easy to use and a lot of good features.

Overall, I am rating the software 7.5 out of 10, for a beginner like myself. i was satisfied with the cost, I probably didn't need the pro, and should have purchased the next package down.

To be truthful, I was looking for a low cost solution to editing pdf, and nothing more. It has way too many features than I desired . If you need to edit pdf on dwgs and nothing more, this is the product for you.

I was having issues with saving documents after I edited. I would get critical error messages, and don't know why. I submitted the pdf files to support, on a few occasions, and did receive feedback. I normally have 4-6 projects a year where I need to create PDFs and I managed to get my work done with this editor.
