No cons as of this time for Samaaro Virtual Platform.

We hosted a large-scale hybrid conference (1000+ attendees, up to 20+ parallel sessions) and Samaaro delivered a seamless and smooth experience for both remote and in-person attendees. After hosting a number of hybrid summits with them, I can say that Samaaro is a far better alternative to pricier event tech platforms such as Vfairs. We’ve heard only rave reviews from our attendees and delegates about how user-friendly the UI is.

They have an amazing CSM team who solved issues for me immediately. They went above and beyond in their service. Samaaro can really achieve whatever you need in terms of customization and personalization. They offer 3D immersive spaces which really helped us replicate the look and feel of the live events. Attendees and delegates were very pleased with the easy-to-use interface. Plus, we used stripe for ticketing, ActiveCampaign for event promotion, and also used walls.io for an integrated social media feed. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free thanks to their integrations.

The entire event was as smooth as possible. Haven’t experienced any drawbacks.

We will continue using the platform and enjoy the service. Also excited if the team adds new features for different solutions.

Very organized, prompt with an easy-to-understand process. The Platform was very well accepted and we faced no technical issues.

For live sessions, a Q&A panel was available in which we could submit questions to the speaker. When i submitted a question, there was a delay for the question to appear on it. I felt that could be sped up. No other major blocks for me.

Overall, great experience with this platform and very supportive team for international attendees 24*7.

Hosting webinars with Samaaro is simple enough We did not have trouble setting up the webinar even on our first time-basis.

The event platform is intuitive and engaging. Attendees raved about the platform and ease of use. From an event organizer perspective, our client representative (Sreehari) was terrific. He worked with us to ensure the platform looked professional and our custom needs were met. Always going above and beyond, he became one of our team for the duration of event platform development.

We needed a few custom adjustments to the platform but our client representative made this easy and was always pleased to explore options for us.

We had our Christmas party with Samaaro for the first time digitally. It was a great experience and the employees had a lot of fun. The team from Samaaro implemented our wishes well in a very short time. The support was very easy to reach and despite language barriers very approachable and eager to implement our requirements. We would continue to prefer on-site events in the future, but if this is not possible, Samaaro is a good alternative.Thank you very much!

The possibility to be close to each other even in these times. That became possible for us with this platform.

At the beginning we were told that all our wishes could be realized. This was later not the case and has caused confusion in the meantime. Nevertheless, we are very satisfied with the result.

Recently, we hosted a virtual exhibition on Samaaro. To begin with, the entire platform was customized and branded according to our requirements, which we were very particular about.

Moving on, the automated booth feature helped all our exhibitors in creating and customizing their product booths very easily. Additional features like the Meeting Scheduler, Real-time Analytics, Resource Center and Personal Briefcase really cratered to the pain-points of both the attendees and exhibitors.

From an organizers point of view, Team Samaaro was very supportive and collaborative throughout duration of planning and executing the event. Very happy with the service and, of course, the product.
