4- I also liked the list system within this platform, since this system allows me to manage, create and organize each of the projects that are being developed within my work team. This function allows me to consult the activity of each of the members, I can see in real time, each of the tasks that are being developed, as well as I can follow up on the assistance requests of each of my coworkers, whether to provide assistance in a specific task or in a specific project.

Slack has developed really beneficial features for my technology company, as it has provided me with a system in which I can correctly organize each of the tasks that we are going to carry out day after day, however, I have also presented some negative things within this platform, such as:

1- One of the things that I have not liked about this platform is the poor accessibility it has when I do not have an Internet connection, since when I do not have a stable Internet connection, the platform does not reflect the messages that have been within my team communication channel. This means that I will not be able to consult old messages within the conversation with my work team, if I do not have an Internet connection, this is quite negative, and here on some occasions I need specific information that is within these communication channels and I cannot consult it due to the Internet connection.

2- There are several shortcomings that can occur within the Slack application for mobile devices, the first deficiency is that this application does not show notifications in real time, which is why you will have different problems when receiving notifications at the exact moment when your work team wants to contact you, in addition, this application does not reflect the complete descriptions within the Chat channels that exist in your account, which will directly affect you since you will be confused when accessing specific channels when necessary.

2- You cannot make direct calls to specific users within this platform, the only way to start a call is a group call, where all the members of a communication channel participate, this is negative, since if you want to communicate by call with someone specific, you will have to do it outside the platform.

The integration with Giphy does not work entirely correctly, this being a problem when I want to add gifs more easily within a chat, I use this integration to be able to add gifs by writing without having to search for gifs within other pages and add them manually, so it was easier for me to use this integration. But from one moment to now it has started to fail, staying blank when I am searching for a gif or simply not appearing in the gif sent within the chat, so it becomes a bit frustrating having to search for a gif with the traditional methods by doing that the flow of a conversation slows down for me.

Probably the more I use it, I will find faults with this platform, otherwise everything has worked with respect to the use I have been giving it. Even for me the desktop application has seemed more stable than using it in the browser since in case of using Slack with the desktop application I only have to wait for the chats to load and on the web, I have to wait for all the information to load. platform to use.

Also, if you have a project that lasts more than 3 months and you want to look for the first conversations to clarify doubts, this could not be possible, unless, as I mentioned before, copies of the conversations are made, however, it would be tedious. do this since when consulting a conversation after 90 days it will be difficult to search for something within a copy of the chat since it will not be intuitive how to do it within Slack. For the rest, I don't see a problem using this platform for free if you only need to use basic functions that do not depend on paid features, it is very useful when you want to learn how to use this platform and also test features before purchasing the Slack services definitely.

* It is disappointing to have to compulsorily purchase the Enterprise Grid plan in order to have unlimited workspaces, it could be more flexible if, depending on the plan, a limited number of more than 1 workspaces could be added. This may seem like it's not useful but it is useful to keep all the conversations organized and not have a lot of accumulated chats, so it would be nice if the Pro and Business+ plans have at least 2 workspaces to make sense on the scalability of each plan since it would not be convenient to have the Enterprise Grid plan if you will not use all the functions that Slack presents. Otherwise I have no problems with the different features offered by the different plans of this platform.

* I would like Slack updates to be automatic regardless of the device, I say this because when they add a certain feature and not all the people in my work team constantly update their applications and when I use a new feature to explain something not all they will be able to see it, this causes you to have to wait or notify everyone to update Slack or just use the web version in order to use those new features without downloading anything. With Huddle it was the most recent experience I had with this problem, since the ability to draw while making a video call had been added and not everyone saw what I was annotating on the screen due to the simple fact of not having an update . At least that Slack itself be notified that there are new updates and that not only the AppStore or Google Play do it, since there are people who disable automatic updates.
