- The application available for mobile devices and tablets works wonderfully, this application is very well structured and has an excellent notification system which helps keep you informed when there is a new message within a chat channel and also notifies you when it has been mentioned in a specific channel. This app also sends notifications when you receive direct messages from Slack. The application in particular works wonderfully, it offers an experience similar to the version for computers, the communication in the various Chat channels is quite fluid and it also works in real time, so you can talk with your entire work team no matter where you are wherever you are and regardless of whether you are using a computer or your mobile phone.

- I love the method of sending attachments within each message you send in the Team Chat channels. The most positively striking features about Slack were:

- The word search system is one of the things I didn't like at all about Slack. The keyword search system is functional, but not 100%, currently, when we search for a word, it does not show the oldest results, but until an exact date, there is no way to find older results. Old results are obscured by the search system, and shouldn't be, it should display all of them.

- It has a terrible integration with the MailChimp system, currently, the export of Marketing reports to the Slack platform to share this matter with my colleagues, takes a long time to be carried out successfully, the information takes a long time to be shared through this network.

The negative things that I mentioned about this platform are really minimal, they do not directly affect the general operation or the performance that the user may have within the platform, one of the main things that have to be improved is the screen sharing inside of your mobile device, since as I mentioned previously it has poor quality and does not have an annotation system. The experience that we have obtained with this platform has been really positive, as I mentioned previously, there are many positive features that have caught my attention, I have loved the fact of creating unlimited Chat channels within this platform, as well as I have loved the system of videoconferences or video calls within the Chat channels, since this has helped communication to be much more optimal within my company in general. I currently have a device with an iOS operating system, where I have this application installed, the Slack application allows me to have communication from anywhere I am, I can continue receiving all kinds of messages from my co-workers within the previously created Chat channels, in addition, the notification system within this application works wonderfully, it notifies me when I have been mentioned within a Chat channel, as well as notifies me when I have received a direct message.

3- Another of the positive things that this platform has is that it has a system that works in real time, in this way each of the messages that are sent within a Chat channel can be viewed by all the participants in real time , you don't have to wait the additional time for these messages to be processed, all sent messages can be replied to by a colleague within seconds.

4- Within the version for computers and the version for mobile devices you can make any type of group video call within a Chat channel, this function is really important, since you can meet with your work team that is included within of the Chat channel, you can start a video conference or video call in a matter of seconds and with the press of a simple vote. I really love this feature, I can meet with my team without using another third party platform.

5- The last thing that I loved within this platform is that all kinds of documents can be shared within it, you can send or receive a PDF file within the Chat channel in which you are speaking, these documents can be opened from the same platform, in addition, can also be edited within the platform, it has a quite agile editor and document viewer and advanced tools, which helps you to be able to view any type of document and need to download it to your computer.

2- Another of the negative things that the platform has is an irregularity and latitude when it comes to processing the upload of new files to be shared with your work team. I have noticed that when uploading a new file or several files at the same time within a casting channel, this process can take up to five minutes, despite having a fairly good Internet connection, which has forced me to that sometimes I need to transfer the files using a cloud storage service or a removable drive. I really hope that the transfer and upload of files within the platform will be optimized as soon as possible, so that I can share files with the entirety of my company much faster.

3- Another of the negative things that this platform has is the screen sharing of your mobile device. Calls do not work seamlessly. When you answer a call, it just drops sometimes and we prefer using other software for calls.

Overall it's a neat software. It works like a private message board. Cool to have conversations organized under individual topics, which would be harder to do with email, and it allows people to choose what they're digesting.

Works better than email when there's a big group that is working on several different projects since it keeps topics organized, but still allows good group communication.

I seem to miss messages here and there because of how things are organized. I don't use it a ton, so it may just be me.
