That works well and it is easy. The odd question we have for their support team is answered quickly and with information we asked for.

I was recommended getting a virtual number for professional purposes and was recommended Sonetel, so I got to them and since I started using it it's has exceeded my expectations. It's quite easy to create an account, get the number, activate all the services and all the procedures. But what I appreciate the most is the effective customer support they have, which is kind, knowledgeable and fast. In addition to this, I highlight their transparency in every transaction I make because they immediately send a receipt and an invoice to my email. I started using my number and works perfect. I can't be more satisfied.

Voice quality is great, never had a dropped call, works with hardware VoIP phones, but UX for managing users/numbers/features/billing could be improved.

So far I did not encounter any major issue. I had a few questions that were answered thoroughly by customer care team.

I was struggling between switching the sim every time I was to receive a call from my work (from outside the country). Having Sonetel for such effective prices is really helpful.

Having an alternate number for such effective prices makes it easy for contacting my team out of country.

None. But one nice upgrade on retaining the number for longer period could be helpful. As, at times, the number isn't used for a month while using applications like Teams.
