The experience is positive. We just got a local number, forwarded to cell phones, is an easy way. Easy to configure.

The system is easy to configure, it has a good price compared to local providers which offer similar things but with less self-configuration and higher fixed costs.
We also had a good support response when needed.

- Verification of the account before activation of the phone number. It took a couple of uploads of proofs to be verified even I thing all were correct and quality of the proof were good.

Overall experience is best as of now and I am gonna use Sonetel for a long time.

The support team is Amazing, We are in the middle of the registration of the business so I was unable to give all the documents but the support team helped me to gather documents that they can use to verify the business and BOOM! My account was verified. I was frustrated at first but the verification is important I know but then I got the mail "Verified" which was an amazing thing.

Another one is that Pricing plans are so easy to understand and the unlimited plan is awesome, I can have as many numbers.

It was hard to find how to call someone, So I mailed the support team and they navigate me to the feature. This can be on the home screen or somewhere it will be easy to navigate.

The support team is amazing but they are slow to reply.

No more phone support is available. Phone support needs to be resumed. Email support takes a longer time to provide necessary support. For premium usage, more calling minutes are required to be given, if possibly not in the existing price then in that case the price needs to be increased. Even in case of the premium usage, after the minutes are exhausted there is no option of recharge the premium in the same month, which is again a big problem. These points are needed to be taken care. Thanks.

I have been using Sonetel for my second year now, and I can declare that their service and support is excellent. The support team were very helpful, especially Yash who answered all my questions and guided me to pick the most suitable plan for my business.

It would be good if the free of charge plan would include sms service which can be billed by the amount of sms received.

Will recommend! I landed upon this service from a reference I saw on Quora. This was no 3rd or 4th service to go for. However after going through all of them for trial I selected Sonetel.

Quick setup and good setup documentations. I had issues with my verification initially, however the support executive sorted it out swiftly.

The price is a bit on the higher end and limited voice apps.

I heard about this Network Sonetel on the internet, and was a little skeptical using it, but that's the best decision so far. The staff was professional with detailed explanation on how to activate the phone line.

Their is nothing I don't like about Sonetel because their customer service efficiency is excellent and very fast to respond in any kind of problems.

It had been sufficient for my use and if I ever need any of the other features in the future, I'll definitely try setting them up with Sonetel first.

The customer service is one of the best I have seen. I am not using the service much and just privately but so far it has worked well. And I am certain I can rely on the support if anything should happen.

In seriousness, for my private use, there seems to be no downside. If I have to find anything, the UI and structure seems a bit confusing at first but it isn't bad after you have found everything. That is all I can tell from my use.

Well done with the advancements of the application. We used it 4 years ago and made the mistake of buying a static PBX system, we will stick with the system.

I was having trouble trying to verify my own number with Sonetel. For some reason, my own mobile couldn't receive the Sonetel verification SMS.

I reached out to their support email and was surprised that an actual human called me back to manually verify my number!

Shazia was very patient and even called me back twice after the first call was abruptly disconnected.

I am not sure the reason why I couldn't receive the Sonetel SMS verification. Maybe it's a problem with my carrier; I don't know.

In some rare cases some incoming calls might become abnormal and users might be unable to answer them. For this case you may be required to connect with technical support services for a resolution.
