    It had been sufficient for my use and if I ever need any of the other features in the future, I'll definitely try setting them up with Sonetel first.

    The customer service is one of the best I have seen. I am not using the service much and just privately but so far it has worked well. And I am certain I can rely on the support if anything should happen.

    In seriousness, for my private use, there seems to be no downside. If I have to find anything, the UI and structure seems a bit confusing at first but it isn't bad after you have found everything. That is all I can tell from my use.

    I was having trouble trying to verify my own number with Sonetel. For some reason, my own mobile couldn't receive the Sonetel verification SMS.

    I reached out to their support email and was surprised that an actual human called me back to manually verify my number!

    Shazia was very patient and even called me back twice after the first call was abruptly disconnected.

    To me, the dream for turning my PC into a cell phone became true with the help of Sonetel. It's hard to buy a featured, secured smartphone worth of its price in China, however what I get from Sonetel makes my experience much better than before. It really comes into my soul that I really want to speak out, "my phone, my style!"

    This services provides with a webapp, an Android and iOS app that can be used to answer incoming calls on Sonetel numbers everywhere with Internet. Moreover, this service with some incredible features can make businesses more easier without having to answer every phone calls by hands. as you can choose whether to forward your calls to a cell phone number, or just have incoming calls answered by the Sonetel app, or forward the calls to voicemail. SMS and voicecall messages received on paid numbers can be received by e-mail, with even an attachment of the voicemail message so you don't have to log in to download your messages -- a standard view-only messaging app with voicemail features comes to your inbox!

    The built-in IVR system automatically redirects calling parties with the right place, you can place a voice to be played for a menu, or have someone in your team called with another. If all of users are offline, a voicemail can be routed so that the customer can leave a message with no worries of their requests being ignored.

    Moreover, with its chat widget you can place a shortcut on your website for visitors to send instant chat messages to you, so that you can answer them in the Portal and apps. Messages to tickets is possible, so that you don't have to manually create tickets for your customers by hands. Just close the ticket in the Portal if customers' issue have resolved.

    There are tons of other features that Sonetel offer that I don't use, but I can speak about the call forwarding feature. It's super easy to set up and really easy to change numbers. So if you're travelling and changing local sims often you can just have one number in your home country that will forward to your new SIM cards. Support is also very helpful when I've needed it.
