    Sonetel has been an essential service for all companies, I am happy with the results obtained so far, I consider that the general experience within this platform has been regular, since it is the platform you need to use the call notification system, you also need improve to make it striking and extend the limits, since it currently has many limits when it comes to the duration of a call. Sonetel has been an essential platform to be able to communicate with clients in a broad way, since we constantly receive requests from our company to contact us about the real estate services we offer, therefore, this platform has been key to be able to call all our clients. , send them messages immediately, and it has also served to have a stable call with other clients, we have really liked this service, the stability that it has offered us in all calls has been incredible, in addition, I have loved the monitoring service , since I can control all the calls that customers make and that our agents are answering at any specific time. In addition, it is also important to highlight the database system manager that this application has, which is capable of recording a call history, registering contacts automatically with the CRM connection and marketing connection.

    Sonetel has been an essential service for our entire company, mainly because the platform has helped us to communicate internationally with each of our customers. This is a fairly easy-to-use and very agile telephone service. The things I liked about this service were:

    1- I really loved the stability of all the calls that I made within this platform, this stability helped a lot so that I could communicate with all my clients in a fluid way, in addition, the stability helped me to be able to interact with the client without any type of of interruption, achieving that each call could last several minutes without any type of problem.

    2- I also liked that this platform allows me to have a list of immediate contacts with each one of the clients, in addition, it is perfectly synchronized and also integrates with advertising campaign services and also with the sales service, therefore, each Every time we have a negotiation request in another CRM system or we have contact information from a client during an advertising campaign, this platform will be able to collect that Contact data and register it within this platform, so that we can contact the client in a simple way. .

    3- Another of the things that I liked about this platform is that it allows me to make calls simultaneously with collaboration in a work team, that means that the agents in charge of my company will be able to communicate with any client by calling within this application Simultaneously, I can execute calls while they are also in a call with a client.

    4- I loved the way the platform allows me to monitor each call that is being made within my company, this platform is fully connected, therefore, every time an employee initiates a new call with a client, I can visualize the interaction they have, I can listen to that call and I can also monitor the duration of each call.

    One of the main negative characteristics that this platform has are:

    1- The free version has a limited duration for each of the calls you make, therefore, this free version is not so striking and it is not very beneficial either, since every time you try to communicate with a client, the interrupted call from immediately due to the current call duration limit.

    2- There is no type of service to be able to confirm that a client has read one of the messages that we have sent through this platform, there is currently a service that allows you to be notified when the client has received the message, however, it does not we can see with that attitude when that client opened that message, therefore, this function is very important for us to know the status of the message we have sent.

    3- Another of the negative things about notification of calls does not work correctly, which causes us to receive calls and we do not realize it, for which I recommend that this application be used at all times within the computer, that it never works in the background, so you can keep an eye on each of the calls you receive regardless of whether the notification system is working or not.

    It's very easy to sign in, create teams and configure calls the way you want. Cross team functionality is easy, the mobile application is user-friendly. Once the configuration is complete, incoming calls are routed properly to the team members according to the defined rules.

    Getting a dial-in number verified can take time (plan for a few days) depending on your country verification requirements, but the Sonetel Support Team was really responsive & helpful. The administration of the company cannot happen in the mobile app, it sends you to a web browser page. Nothing major, nor super annoying, I can live with it.

    Overall it’s been fantastic, the GUI is super easy to use and the support team have been very responsive/eager to assist when needed. Also the degree of automation means getting what you need ASAP is achievable as you’re not waiting on people to manually process your requests.

    The only downside we’ve experienced has been that if paying by credit card you need to have a cellphone registered to the card to authorise the transaction, and as a business paying with a company credit card this isn’t something we were Ybor to set up so had to setup and use a PayPal account and pay using that.
