    Sonetel is still my choice after 2+ years. It just works and has the extra features I need, that I can't easily find on other platforms. I only wish they invest more in improving their web app's UI!

    - Pricing is reasonable. I could say it's been one of the cheapest I could ever find with the features I need so far.
    - Voicemail works great! You can upload a greeting message and it instantly plays without any Sonetel branding as other telecom companies do, and it sends the recordings straight to your email inbox (which in turn you could forward to a VA or some SaaS for transcription). I used it along with an app to send any unknown number straight to the voicemail, and it worked like a charm.
    - Never had any issues with sound quality and call connection stability
    - Can't say that the web app is excellent, but when compared to some other companies out there, can't say it's bad either

    - I wish the verification stop could be faster! But 1 business day on average sounds reasonable if you consider they need to verify addresses and IDs from several countries
    - The web app's UI navigation can definitely be improved. It's not ugly or outdated, but I often get lost there even with just a small set of features!

    I took out a Sonetel subscription for its simplicity and practicality. I had already subscribed to an issue last year and I really appreciated it. the use is simple and allows you to receive calls no matter where you are. I highly recommend. it was a friend who recommended it to me.

    Specific to Sonetel - you get many different numbers to choose from. Some of their prices are the best and others are about average.

    Call quality is decent to good. Easy to use. But their Twitter support is useless. You have to email them for help and with your questions.

    1- I really loved the stability of all the calls that I made within this platform, this stability helped a lot so that I could communicate with all my clients in a fluid way, in addition, the stability helped me to be able to interact with the client without any type of of interruption, achieving that each call could last several minutes without any type of problem.

    2- I also liked that this platform allows me to have a list of immediate contacts with each one of the clients, in addition, it is perfectly synchronized and also integrates with advertising campaign services and also with the sales service, therefore, each Every time we have a negotiation request in another CRM system or we have contact information from a client during an advertising campaign, this platform will be able to collect that Contact data and register it within this platform, so that we can contact the client in a simple way. .

    3- Another of the things that I liked about this platform is that it allows me to make calls simultaneously with collaboration in a work team, that means that the agents in charge of my company will be able to communicate with any client by calling within this application Simultaneously, I can execute calls while they are also in a call with a client.

    4- I loved the way the platform allows me to monitor each call that is being made within my company, this platform is fully connected, therefore, every time an employee initiates a new call with a client, I can visualize the interaction they have, I can listen to that call and I can also monitor the duration of each call.

    Negative

    One of the main negative characteristics that this platform has are:

    1- The free version has a limited duration for each of the calls you make, therefore, this free version is not so striking and it is not very beneficial either, since every time you try to communicate with a client, the interrupted call from immediately due to the current call duration limit.

    2- There is no type of service to be able to confirm that a client has read one of the messages that we have sent through this platform, there is currently a service that allows you to be notified when the client has received the message, however, it does not we can see with that attitude when that client opened that message, therefore, this function is very important for us to know the status of the message we have sent.

    3- Another of the negative things about notification of calls does not work correctly, which causes us to receive calls and we do not realize it, for which I recommend that this application be used at all times within the computer, that it never works in the background, so you can keep an eye on each of the calls you receive regardless of whether the notification system is working or not.
