Very good prices, and great support.
I am not a techie guy, but it seems that they provide plenty of options.

Support is perfect. Very quick response and they answer your questions almost immediately.
An online chat would be welcome though.

Not the best user friendly interface. And verification system not very clear.
Also, even if your phone number is still being verified, it does not show on the dashboard.

Good from start to end. I have to accept their need for identity verification etc. in these times too many people are on a scam.

The proactive helpful attitude. The person that assisted me (Rounak) has put time and effort into getting me up and running with this system. Therefore I would recommend the person highly.

The last time I attempted to acquire overseas number, or a US number for when I was traveling, it was a very painful and inefficient and troublesome process (it was NOT Sonetel). Having entered the market again with a new requirement and seeking a new supplier and service I came across Sonetel and, after reviewing a number of suppliers, came back to Sonetel because their service just appeared to be so simple easy and outstanding value. The reviews are also excellent. My dealing with support was very prompt, efficient and accurate. Have no hesitation in recommending them five stars.

Very easy to use, intuitive interface. Very good value. I had a new number and all operational interest a few minutes.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Everything was so good it's not even worth trying to find something to put into this box :-D

Great customer service and at a good price point. I like the user interface and the ability to customize the product as per my needs.

It is easy to navigate through the portal and customize the service according to one's needs. It will be better if customers can be educated on using virtual assistant features etc.

If the numbers can be vetted in True caller so that it is not mentioned as spam etc then that will be perfect.

I have been using Sonetel for many years and I am satisfied by the service, the call rates and their customer service. You feel that they really care for their customers which great and highly needed in this fast moving passed world !

Having a Sonetel number is a great way to have either personal friends and family staying in touch with you while abroad, without them being charged international call rates. The same holds true for co-workers, business associates and customers.

The Sonetel app has room for improvement and especially when your mobile device uses an e-sim. Still, a great way of using an app to utilize your Sonetel number while traveling.

I am using this service and I feel it is an excellent one. Voice is clear. Phone number is having lots of area options to choose from. Easy to setup. Low cost.

Nothing as much which I could share now. Service is nice. Solution is good. And so far, I am happy.

There were delays in the verification process which made the verification seem a bit longer. But Vikas was very helpful and we managed to sort it out.

Overall and looking at how issues were handled and what I am getting from the product since usage, I can the service is great.

The Support Team is not familiar with phone numbers for different cities and surrounding areas. It causes delay in the verification process which could result in loss of income for businesses.

Recommendation: Use google maps to verify where location per the proof of address provide is in relation to the cities.

The Sonetel is a good product to use. Which is an easy interface to work with and a good support team which gives excellent support to resolve the issues.

We are using this product for more than 5 + years, the product is easy to use and which as excellent support. The Sonetel has good documentation to help us to configure.

If we have 24/7 support it will be good for Admins.

Easy to set up, fast replies from support, we've been using it for quite a long time and there were no major issues so far.

- I had added a new phone number, but it wasn't active. It was a bit hard to find the reason and the expected solution (I had to provide some documents at the end)

Excellent and definitely helps us in our day-to-day business. The flexibility in getting new phone numbers quickly in different locations is a game changer for us.

Easy to use, great functionality. Especially good for cross-border communication. can be used both as a mobile app and PC app.

Can be slightly slow at times, but appears to have gotten better after last update. In any case not a big issue.

Service gets an 9.25/10 from me. The status page should reflect the efforts of technicians fixing issues with the service online or the software (Apk).

The information provided is comprehensive, covering all possible areas of interaction with the user/customer: mobile & laptop; operation of the Apk and minor technical details of its functioning. The customer service operator is patient, knowledgeable and accessible (with time zone restrictions applied).

The service itself (virtual mobile) has been suffering stoppages attributed to third parties (local US providers), but the consequences for the user/customer's business are potentially disastrous. Also, the USA out going calls problem had been solved but the status page had not been updated. Hence my assumption that the issue had not been fixed, whereas in fact the problem was new: a glitch with the mobile Apk.

Great experience, I have updated my plan to a yearly plan to get the most of this service. Highly recommended.

What i really like about Sonetel is that you can get a free virtual phone number in any country you like.
They have a great support that replies to any issue within few hours. And they do their best to solve any type of problems.
The price is very reasonable and the application is professional.

The FAQ section is limited but they really answer any question fast so I don’t mind it.

Easy to make calls. We can import phone contacts into the Sonetel app. Make calls easy. Sonetel also pays interest for the balance.
