The link to reset your password didn’t work - however the support to fix it was solid.

Have your own local phone number in any city or country worldwide and be able to get my SMS by my email.
The mobile apps also provide me for your internal team communication – in terms of chat, free calls and conference calls.

The platform is very good and stable, just would like to have more features in the apps; so we may not need to use/open the browsers all the time.

The app works very well, is easy to use and the call is clear without interruption. The service is also amazing, the support team was always there when I have any issues. I'm giving this a 4.5. Hopefully, when I can send messages, then it will be 5 for sure.

The virtual phone number from Sonetel has a competitive price compared to the others. The company is honest with the price and its call rates, unlike other companies who only reveal the phone number's real costs after signing up.

The voicemails are directed to the email associated with the account. They are easy to play on the laptop but need to download them when opening voice emails from the phone.

I cannot reply to messages sent to the virtual phone number. That's the only thing I dislike after for about a month now.

It is really easy to setup, you can change the forward number from your users web. The few times we needed to contact support for questions it was great service and quick.

For number ID very specific setup we did have to contact support first.

I would recommend for forwarding to SIP softphone address. This way you can receive the call on multiple devices at the same time.

Numbers from different countries, many options available. Can be forwarded, to other numbers for a fee, or a softphone address, free of charge. Receive SMS from other SIM numbers, but had not received from 2FA sources, although an USA mobile number once received. Cheaper than the competition.

If redirected to answer in app, it doesn't receive the call unless the app is open. I read somewhere that the team is working on that.

The user experience on website is better but the mobile apps are little unfriendly when it comes to navigating to certain features. it would be good if they can be embedded in the mobile apps as well.

None so far. I have just started using the service and everything has worked as expected.

I came across this company by chance, because I was looking for a virtual mobile number. While surfing the internet I clicked on their concept. I first created an account as a test and everything went smoothly. The internet is full of these services that are disappointing. But Sonetel is the big difference here and is not expensive. 5 stars easily earned. Happy New Year and keep up the good work.
