I’ve been using Sonetel for a while now, and it’s been a great experience. The service is reliable, affordable, and easy to set up. The support team is excellent—they helped me resolve an issue quickly and were very professional. Definitely recommend it!

Would have been cherry on top if they could forward sms and phone call transcripts to your WhatsApp. I think connectivity with WhatsApp would be a great plus.

It's been really good so far, probably one of the best applications for virtual numbers out there that's cheap, and offers full features.

It's probably one of the only applications to offer a virtual number that can receive text messages.

There's a minimum refill limit, i prefer pay-per-use.

Sonetel solved the problem I had perfectly with an easy pricing model.

Transparency and clean offer of services.
There is a rich variety of Countries and great pricing for them.

There was a lack of non-critical features, but I could add them using external tools.

I use Sonetel to be able to have a USA phone number while being abroad in Central America, which was not possible with prepaid SIM cards that don't have roaming outside the USA (except Canada, Mexico, etc).
So far Sonetel has performed beyond my expectations & I'm happy with the service.

I found the initial setup to be very easy & the process to get your new phone number working was very smooth. After initial setup the functions of receiving/making calls & SMS was what I expected & haven't found any issues so far.

Since this is a virtual phone number in the USA, I can't use apps like WhatsApp to communicate.

I had no issues, the app is easy to use and clear. It is a lot cheaper than other apps. If you still don't use it, you are missing out on a lot.

Sonetel is the most simple, user-friendly, efficient and the cheapest business number app. I didn't have any issues yet, and I don't think I will. Email customer support is very helpful and generous, they will give you bonuses.

It would be better if SMS messages coming to the number could be seen on the app or forwarded to the number calls are forwarded to.

As a Suggestion: not able to log in App tried multiple time. Getting issue in documents uploads too. Please increase your website UI/UX and functionality, it will be easy for people to understand better. Also assign a dedicated manager for paid services.

I didn't find any downsides when using this site, sometimes the browser glitches but you can log in from another one or update and everything works
