Good, sufficient for what I'm looking for. The only comment I have is that sometimes the App doesn't connect calls so I end up using the Web version. Otherwise it works well!

It works well. Service is good. I like that they send emails with the script and audio of voicemails - it reminds me to call back clients.

The only con is that it works better on Web than on the App.

Its dashboard is super user-friendly, allows us to easily edit phone number or e-mail address to which phone calls and text messages are redirected respectively. The fees and costs involved are more than fair and allow us as a small business operating in three different countries to afford such a fantastic service!

Some platforms and apps won't accept a Sonetel number for verification purposes yet.

I've been traveling all year round for a long time, and this is the service I've been looking for to receive double authentication SMS messages, especially when there's a problem with a SIM card or when it's lost/stolen, and the same goes for smartphones and tablets. Sonetel numbers are accepted with online banks, health and assistance organizations, pension organization, and internet giants is no longer a worry.
If WhatsApp refuse your number just open an account with a SIM card and change the number of your account with a Sonetel number.

First of all, I appreciate the quick response from support.
I use Sonetel exclusively to receive SMS messages.
No more need for a SIM card, no more fear of losing it or having my account hacked, as happens so often even with double authentication.
By fine-tuning several mail redirections, you can receive SMS on different media with different messaging providers.

The iOS and Android applications work very well, but the interface needs to be corrected to become sexier and more intuitive.

It has been a good experience so far, a good feature will be to be able to reply from the email Sonetel sends when an SMS arrives with the USA number or any other number that you do choose.

For me it has been a really useful tool, since I do have a software development agency plus I do work as a consultant for USA companies, having presence with a USA number helps me to have a more professional image plus the help to separate my personal and professional life with two numbers or more in a single mobile device.

Is not so cheap or maybe it is because with the sum of all the SaaS that nowadays we have to pay is what I do feel, but I understand all the infrastructure needed in order to create something like Sonetel.
