I have had the best service since I started using their service a few months ago. I had a little problem a while ago and after emailing them they reached out immediately and sorted it out and everything has been smooth since then. So far so good. I recommend.

They have this feature where you can get notified when your balance falls below a certain amount this way you will know when to top up.
I also love the fact that the calls are rerouted to your personal number, so you never miss a call from your clients.

At the moment I haven't experienced anything negative, so no cons. Everything about their service is perfect.

I have been using Sonetel for over a year and the service is impeccable and it has saved me in the past.

I was busy so I was not able to respond quickly, but the team contact me again to be sure how the situation was and we were able to solve.

I was looking for Australia virtual number from India, and I found Sonetel. It turned out to be time/life saver for me. It had all the features what I was looking for.

App responsiveness should be better. Would be great if we can take up the incoming calls in the app itself instead of forwarding to local number.

Overall excellent, calls have no problems and support is excellent. The numbers cost very little and the site is simple and intuitive.

The phone calls cannot be received using the Sonetel app through the Internet. This feature must be implemented before the system becomes valuable.
I took a test for a month, and it cost me A20. Sonetel only partially refunded me when I canceled.

What we would suggest for improvement would be the call prices, which could be adjusted.

Overall a good product, and a good team managing it. Once they figure out your requests they do the best in helping you out and satisfy your needs.

My issues were solved once I contacted the customer service team. Activating the numbers are a challenge with local demands of ids, proof of residence and so on, but they take their time and guide you through the process.
