VOIP numbers are not recognized by some organizations and that is, at time a problem. Not a Sonetel problem but a user problem nonetheless.

my account usually logs out after a few weeks and i dont receive calls, there is no way to know if my account is active in my cell or not.

It takes a while (more than a minute) for a caller to wait to finally reach other party, when I try to call. And, in my case, I have to call several times to get my line connected.
