I really like Sonetel and recommend it highly to all that are looking for a safe and secure way to connect with customers or potential customers.

Yo to date I have not had any issues with Sonetel and the Support Team (Kudos) great support but most of all issue resolution in a timely manner.

I like that is it very user friendly and always connects the calls, I don't experience any outages when using Sonetel. I also like that it has a large amount of caller IDs available for USA and that you can forward the calls to your personal cell phone or voicemail.
That is very helpful to ensure customer we are a legit company.

I would like to have an auto dialer available on Sonetel, you already have the caller IDs that we can use. Voicemail and other great features. Why not have it all?

We had about 4 to 5 contacts with the Sonetel service desk since the last years: always helped with professional excellence.

It look like .... they know you : The personal approach gives a "customer feeling "

The service desk provided the perfect information at first glance; whilst they understood the issue immediately.

The are NO cons or questions raised : straightforward solution, Right to the point.

Helped me setup my virtual number and pointed it quickly to solve my problem in a short amount of time and fixed my issues with payments as well. It was a good experience compared to other companies I have tried.

I have had the best service since I started using their service a few months ago. I had a little problem a while ago and after emailing them they reached out immediately and sorted it out and everything has been smooth since then. So far so good. I recommend.

They have this feature where you can get notified when your balance falls below a certain amount this way you will know when to top up.
I also love the fact that the calls are rerouted to your personal number, so you never miss a call from your clients.

At the moment I haven't experienced anything negative, so no cons. Everything about their service is perfect.

I have been using Sonetel for over a year and the service is impeccable and it has saved me in the past.

I was busy so I was not able to respond quickly, but the team contact me again to be sure how the situation was and we were able to solve.

I was looking for Australia virtual number from India, and I found Sonetel. It turned out to be time/life saver for me. It had all the features what I was looking for.

App responsiveness should be better. Would be great if we can take up the incoming calls in the app itself instead of forwarding to local number.

Good concept, but forwarding calls to my local phone when I am abroad costs me phone roaming charges.

The phone calls cannot be received using the Sonetel app through the Internet. This feature must be implemented before the system becomes valuable.
I took a test for a month, and it cost me A20. Sonetel only partially refunded me when I canceled.

What we would suggest for improvement would be the call prices, which could be adjusted.

Overall a good product, and a good team managing it. Once they figure out your requests they do the best in helping you out and satisfy your needs.

My issues were solved once I contacted the customer service team. Activating the numbers are a challenge with local demands of ids, proof of residence and so on, but they take their time and guide you through the process.

Maybe more user friendly on the dashboard center.
