I want to say the same as before. My personal experience is satisfactory with SONETEL. I have not found anything to criticize about the service, except for the spoofing that I have suffered. But the spoofing is not the fault of SONETEL, but of the unknown people who stole my identity.

During the month of November 2023, I suffered an awful spoofing attack. But, thanks to SONETEL's excellent support service, I was able to solve the problem and regain my peace of mind. SONETEL is not only the best option for telephone lines that I have ever known; but it is also a wonderful human team that makes SONETEL the best option, IMHO. I sincerely want to recommend SONETEL because I am sure that you will be as satisfied and happy as I already am.

The product is great, easy to use and you set it up and forget, it just works, For customer service, I feel I can rely on them on future cases, hopefully there won't be any, but their good service will surely be a factor for continuing with them.

I had an administrative issue I needed to take care of. Sonetel's team provided a fast attention to the situation, contacted me fast, there was a clear understanding of the problem and they solved it immediately, very pleased with the outcome.

So far I haven't had an issue with the software it just works, I had an issue finding past invoices but customer services took care of that flawlessly.

The connections setup was really fast. The representatives are also available over the phone all the time.

I have plenty of numbers to choose in the inventory. And i did not have to wait for any longer for the number.

No cons. There were really no cons. The only problem that I faces was when I changed sim the number became not functional. And it was fixed by Sonetel Support that switched the base numbers.

After I told Sonetel the new number they were able to resume my connection.
