I found it in a Google Search a year ago and I have been using since. It allows me respond phone calls when travel and working abroad.

It is a very helpful service when traveling abroad , it is secure and offer the customer service responds quickly.

The do what they offer nothing more nothing less.

Overall, I am very pleased with the service that Sonetel has provided me. I just wish that my Colombia number would be less expensive but that is fine.

The representative was very professional, and with ease was able to resolve my concerns. The representative is always open to giving me multiple options for my ease in working my business.

Every time not only in this case, we always have to send multiple emails before we are contacted back and most likely it’s because Sonetel does not work on weekends, which is acceptable.

Excellent product and service just that the app needs to have more details as much as the desktop.

The app is super easy to use and i really loved it. For businesses this is the best I've come across.

I have some very specific requirements and was looking for a while for a reliable option until i found Sonetel.
It's absolutely great, you can port your existing USA number and make use of it even in WhatsApp (these two features combined was my no brainer decision)

So far, there's nothing i can consider as a con.
Only thing that worth to mention is that porting your existing number can take some time and effort (but not because of Sonetel but because of your existing carrier), in my case it took me like 3 weeks but because carrier was not providing the right information to accomplish the porting process but Sonetel's support team was always there to guide me and help me out during this process, Vikas you rocks!

Generally speaking, the system is really good, it's nice to get my voicemails in the email etc.
If anyone asks me i would definitely advise Sonetel.

Any time there is a problem, they get back to me very soon and take care of it right away.

It is really a pleasure to use their services.

And the prices are also very reasonable!

My line just stopped working without notice, i would have liked to be notified that my balance ran out, before people got stuck trying to call me.

It has been a good experience and the customer support has been very helpful the entire time, if a little slow to respond as they are not in my country/time zone.

I like that I seem to be in the country the number is associated with. This has helped me when I do not want the company I am involved with to know I am not in their country. People can call and text me with a local number and they don't pay for an international call/text and I only pay .02c per minute to receive the call, which is very inexpensive and I pay nothing to receive texts (which come to my email).

The monthly cost is very reasonable, $2.99 US.

I would like the texts to go to my phone rather than email.

Overall experience is very satisfying.

So, have been using Sonetel since 3 years, it's very convenient, i mainly use it to guard my privacy, and use it for having a few extra numbers which always come handy, very happy with their service!

No cons, i can think of except some times the sms come a bit late!

For the price, I feel it’s a good service, covers my needs. With peace of mind that if I run into any issues, I will have a team available to help me solve them.

App needs some improvements, but nothing a deal breaker. Would be nice to have sms on the app rather than routed to email.

I would recommend it to those who are looking for local numbers in different countries across the world.

We needed a service where we can just get a local number in a country and forward it to an existing number in another country, without the need of a PBX. So this service is offered by Sonetel and they have a good customer support. Quick to respond and fix issues.

The only con I have is the payment option. If there would be a possibility to purchase credit without linking the card it would be nice.

In total, the services provided by the user are noteworthy and I believe the facility will solve my purpose.

I have been overwhelmed after using the services as it is user friendly and hassle free. The AI customer support is worth to mention.

Webpage can be made more attractive by adding colour combinations.

I have enjoyed every bit of Sonetel. I tried signing up for an Australian number on several platforms and they made it so difficult, Sonetel made it very easy and the onboarding process smooth.

I like that I can make calls easily at an affordable rate with Sonetel.

The support is also very great, they are quick to respond and always help to solve issues. I had the most amazing onboarding experience.

I can’t send text messages with the phone number which is very limiting.

I recommend you to make a video tutorial on YouTube, and leave a channel link on the site. It is cheaper than hire agents for live chat.

The Sonetel provide phone number with less than 8 hours. It is very comfortable. Nowadays speed is very important to make a business. I have used other services before, but they provide phone number with delay 1-2 days.

- Verification process
Verification is easy to pass, even more when I needed a new phone number I was able to get it without additional verification.

- SMS/call
Good connection + SMS were delivered very fast.

Start
It is a bit difficult on the start. I haven't seen tutorial how to get SMS from services or friends.

Support
There is no live chat support. Sometimes I need to wait 12-24h for reply.

Still to be determined.

I await eagerly to seethe power of this application so i can offer a better review.

It appeared simple to setup on the surface.
Not really much to say as it has served no purpose to date.

Lack of direction to actually get the service up and running, and its eaten a week of my rental time with no usage.
