It would be helpful to see some kind of banner when you login once you have no remaining funds on the account and need to reload. I didn’t figure it out until someone tried to phone me and the call didn’t connect.

I received a call the next business day to help troubleshoot my issue as well as email follow up which I appreciated.

You can forward calls from any country to your mobile and show either the incoming number or your "external" number so you know that this call is coming from one of your owned numbers.

None - I can easily say the only con is the compliance with local governments which requires paper work (but Sonetel makes this process seamless).

When I called Sonetel Customer Service I did not have to wait more than a few seconds for a representative (unusual for most companies). I was helped by Harsha who was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was interested in call forwarding and sms forwarding (not available when I subscribed in 2019) and Harsha set them up for me in a couple of minutes. I am very satisfied with Sonetel's Customer Service.

I have not found any cons though I have received a few spam voicemails.

Overall, I'm quite happy with the service and would highly recommend anyone who is looking to get a local number in any country.
