I use it has a second number for my business and it’s been very helpful, I always have the features of having a voicemail for my customers to leave a message.

I’ve been with Sonetel for about 2 years, always amazing service and very helpful. I call customer service and he helped guide me to how I use and pay for the service.

No complaints, if I have a problem I just call customer service and they are very helpful

Though from service point of view things have been excellent, the only thing i missed a little is that the live support is not available 24/7. Other than that everything is great.

Overall I am happy with the use of the Sonetel solution for my very small company. I can have customers calling me in their own geos for a price I can afford. Give it a try!

It's very easy to sign in, create teams and configure calls the way you want. Cross team functionality is easy, the mobile application is user-friendly. Once the configuration is complete, incoming calls are routed properly to the team members according to the defined rules.

Getting a dial-in number verified can take time (plan for a few days) depending on your country verification requirements, but the Sonetel Support Team was really responsive & helpful. The administration of the company cannot happen in the mobile app, it sends you to a web browser page. Nothing major, nor super annoying, I can live with it.

Fast, reliable, simple service with fair price and nice support. Overall, my experience with it has been very positive!

The service is very quick to setup thanks to a simple, minimalistic dashboard. It took less than a week between signing the service and having a working number on my mobile. The chat feature on the website was super easy to configure as well. Prices are according to the market.

Up to this point, honestly there are no complaints about this service.

Overall it’s been fantastic, the GUI is super easy to use and the support team have been very responsive/eager to assist when needed. Also the degree of automation means getting what you need ASAP is achievable as you’re not waiting on people to manually process your requests.

We really liked how easy setup was, including that we got two free numbers to get us started straight away without having to wait for funds to clear etc.

The only downside we’ve experienced has been that if paying by credit card you need to have a cellphone registered to the card to authorise the transaction, and as a business paying with a company credit card this isn’t something we were Ybor to set up so had to setup and use a PayPal account and pay using that.

I use Sonetel almost 10 years now with my ip phone, we have a Mexican number to stay in contact with family. It is the easiest and cheapest company we could find and in case of problems there is always a fast response.

My company has been using Sonetel for a while, mainly for the purpose of call forwarding. From what I have heard it is an affordable and useful service for us.

Vikas from the Support Team was helpful in solving my problem and arranging a call at a time that suited me.

Myself and my colleagues struggled to navigate the website to solve the issue (changing our account settings) ourselves, and had to contact support.

Overall a great product and great support!

The Android app could be more comprehensive - apart from that totally satisfied.

Great app overall. I haven't seen a strong con till now. The UI/UX is great. It does the job. Better than its competitors. Must download.

I downloaded the app because I needed a Singapore number quickly and they had a revert time of less than 1 day. By the end of day 2 I had my number!

For Singapore number, I haven't been able to set up my WhatsApp number.

Overall it's a good product, with some nice features like pick your own number, the pricing is fair as well.

The user interface and call forwarding services are nice. The customer service is quick to respond and help as well.

Nothing that I can think of, only thing I can recommend is that there is scope of improvement in the phone app as it crashes on and off.

Sonetel is the most reliable, easy to use, and economical way to connect with your friends, family and businesses - all across the globe.

Perhaps a bit more clarity on the documentation process to join, would make it a perfect - 10.

It took a couple of days to process my ID etc. so that I could get my local number. After that, it was plain sailing. As a one-man-band it means I can have a local number for my business, and webchat, and have them route directly to my phone, for very little cost. Also - it took minimal effort on my part. A pleasant surprise.

For a small business, the cost is very attractive. Usually this comes with a poor user experience, but not in this case. It seems fairly powerful (although it can't compete with Zendesk or Genesys) and I think it will scale with my business.

The documentation needs work. They have taken the correct approach in trying to design an application that is so intuitive that no one will need the documentation, but it would be nice to have anyway.

I will keep using Sonetel for my business and I would definitely recommend it for anyone in need of online numbers.

Their phone service is awesome especially the user friendly interactive voice system (IVR)... the best I have ever used.

I like the ability and flexibility of the company Sonetel that gives the costumes having local phone number and long distance number all around the world using virtual numbers.

Sometimes I get phone calls from us and other countries
speaking to me in Chinese.
