I am experiencing problems with the interface on both the desktop and phone (the PHONE button is missing and several other minor issues). But it may be due to my lack of experience. I will talk first with your tech support team to sort out the issues. And in the end they might not be negatives after all.

I am yet to find a fault in their service since I started using their phone number.

Even when I have issues, they make it works and/or educate me when I need help. I have been using Sonetel for 7+ years and although I sometimes try other providers, I always come back to Sonetel.

In no certain order: 1.) It just works; 2.) very reasonable costs; 3.) when there are issues, the customer service is prompt, consistent, and they actually make an effort to help. (this is a little bit rare in today's society)

The mobile phone apps are still "quirky". Sometimes the old Sonetel app works better than the Sonetel 2 app (like when downloading address books).

Number used during trial period was removed in 5 days without prior intimation. A warning message or prior intimation to purchase before deactivation would have been useful.

Good experience using the Sonetel virtual sim card. Very convenient in getting new sim card and using it extensively.

- a little confusing to learn how to use at first, the website feels like it's missing some guides or something but I was still able to figure it out. If I wasn't able to figure it out on my own, I'm confident the CS would have been able to help anyway.

Process to get a virtual number is very easy. Calls get forwarded to your mobile number. Desktop app supports free call.

Sonetel mobile app does not support free calls yet. Only desktop app supports free calls.

It is a good service, reasonably priced. The individual service engineer with whom i finally made contact and who was finally able to assist me, was excellent. But your overall service leaves a great deal to be desired. You came very close to losing me as a customer, which would have been a shame, because i am generally happy with having this calling option. It is a big asset for me.

Having a phone number in the states from which i can initiate and receive calls is a major plus for me. The calls are usually clear, good quality. and when you can get hold of a person when you need service, they are accommodating, patient and helpful. (thank you, Shazia!) the pricing is also reasonable.

The general service is less than adequate. First, you did something to your system that caused me to have to reset my password.... then made it frustratingly impossible for me to actually do it. And your shortage of service staff resulted in my being without my line for a long time.

Overall, I would recommend Sonetel. The service is great for anyone living around the world, even though the company is in Scandanavia and we are in North America. Seamless.

Simple, low cost, great customer services with live agents who are well trained. We really have no complaints with the toll free number and the business numbers.

Sometimes changing things on our numbers and plans are not super easy to understand.

Sonetel has flexible payment system tailored to your needs. The voice service is clear and very audible. The support team are very responsive and the entry process of getting a virtual SIM is simple and easy as long as you have all documents ready.

What i really like the most is the call transfer to my actual number with no need for internet and no need to install an app on my phone.

As i'm a new user of this service, I don't have a long experience to know what is not expected as a bad experience.

Great online service with good adaptations that provide both telephone and customer service solutions in the same place.

With its ingenious integration with customer support towards my own website and Facebook, solutions are very suitable for my use. Even with my old Grandstream ip phones, the installation was easy with good instructions available on Sonetel's web pages.

It was no easy for me to set up Asterisk PBX server. Maybe when I have more experience it will be easier.

Connection to virtual phone was slow. Took a few days. Should be connect instantly. I didn't know what was wrong, had to check the settings like 10 times. It was frustrating.
