Very good. As I said it would be nice if they add the identity verification feature to the list of services they provide. Other than that, Sonetel is highly recommended for making and receiving calls.

Fast and reliable. It only took me less than one day to know about the services and purchase my local number. Communication with staff through email is very easy and fast. Sonetel staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I only wish that Sonetel would include identity validation in the services they provide. It is helpful to have this service when a third party require authentication.

I have been referred to Sonetel through a frustrated customer/ friend of mine. He had complaints like delayed response, late replies, slow complaint rectification, technical glitches and a lot more. But still he referred Sonetel to me. When I asked the reason that it was all during the covid 19 period and whole world was stuck in a different kind of problem.
Before and after covid era he was satisfied with Sonetel. And since the covid is under control, Sonetel performance too improved by multiple folds.

He used virtual phones of many other companies too but he rated Sonetel on the top of all. End of the story- He is completely satisfied with the performance of Sonetel.

I registered and purchased the service over the weekend and was required to submit necessary documents for verification in compliance with regulations, on Monday first thing I received a response and the was something wrong with my documents, I then contacted support for clarity, a representative responded and solved my issue within 5 minutes!!!

I subscribed and start using this service a few days ago. I feel everything is perfect in this service and the interface is also very familiar to handling everything.

Sonetel is the best service provider for assigning Singapore's mobile number to my personal number. And it is very useful to company purpose.

For SMS service is not available in this service.

The whole process was very straightforward we had to set up a new account from scratch to deal with this company but we will probably connect further numbers as in when needed.

Everything was very straightforward it was connected within a day and the sound quality is excellent.

Nothing bad to say about it it was easy to sort out and works perfectly.

Waiting for the upgrade of the Sonetel iOS app so I can answer calls.

I am happy with the product and the efficiency that it affords my team. We are able to communicate very effectively with potential leads.

I like the way the platform affords my team the chance to globalise and liase with potential customers all over the country.

I did not like the call forwarding costs but came to realise that it correlates with local costs.

Sure is the paperwork to get a number in another country is a nightmare but with support of Sonetel all went well.

The navigation in the product easy to use and after a few trials the most usable functions are well known.

Some functions like direct calls can be made easier. But with help of FAQ possible.

And also telephone services, that really save time for us. It makes it possible to handle many customers without too much personnel.

I have earlier been a bit confused, because Sonetel is swedish, but seems totally international. It is seldom swedish companies make such a succes worldwide.

Maybe except for IKEA.

But now it is ok for me, because I have got used, to use english, when contacting Sonetel.

No cons, we love the service. The web interface is slightly less intuitive but once you're familiar with it, it's a breeze.

I think the best thing about Sonetel is the easiness of the overall service. Setup only takes minutes.

It has restrictions for using as a phone number for Bank alerts. Also, you would receive TXT messages via email. Not a major downfall for me, but it would be nice if you could receive text messages as text messages.

First The creating an account with Sonetel is easy and also Easy documentation, they will verify and activate the number within hours(in my case).
Voice clarity during call is high class.
Plans are really good. I have chosen Premium plan so that I can get some more benefits.

There are no Cons, but one thing that I bring to your notice is customer care on call availability is a bit hard due to timezone difference (I'm from India).
Anyways they are available 24*7 through the email service.
