Overall good, but it would be better. The site claims you can create interviews for free. However, you have to pay to see the survey manual answers making it not free overall.

The program is user friendly and the surveys are easy to complete. I was able to build a survey for company use that was designed with our brand colors.

For a free product, it does a good job design and functionality wise. I still have to explore more of the analytics section and see how to process info without having to get a paid account.

Setting up free surveys is really easy. Layouts are beautiful; there are many options. Also many options for types of questions, sections, etc. Extremely useful tool.

In the free version, fonts can't be changed and some of the choices are really difficult to read or ornamented. Free fonts should be more universal, at least.
Analytics are ok, but there is no easy access to an overall result of the survey. Something like number of participants and a graph with general information. At least I couldn't find it easily.

Simple drag and drop, and the design also cute, I got bad experience with 'SM', because they didn't allow me to use a photo without giving free trial :(

It was an easy and fast way to create a good survey, very good for beginners like me who had no experience with other programs than Unipark.

The surface is really nice and easy to understand, one can create a survey very fast and very easy, different types of questions and answers are possible, looks professional and there are diagrams ready to use!

I just needed a "confirm/understood" button for my survey but I had to make a question where the people could chose an answer from at least two- so I had to come up with a second possible answer and many users were confused.

The features cover all the basics you need to conduct surveys or feedback. My favorite is the reaction and opinion scale option.

I think the UI can still be improved. And it would be better if we can preview the result on the same page as the editor.

I need a survey because of my school project. Even if i used for a very short time i was very happy to find this site.

I like the facility. It way my first survey but it was all very simple. The people who did the survey told me that even for them it was easy and funny.

I think that it would be perfect if there were more options, for example the possibility to cross the data.

There is a wide variety of question types available for users to customise the survey. The surveys created are also compatible on different devices.

The section break requires user to enter both the title and description. If no description is entered, there will be an empty spot on the survey created.

Will be great if some basic function such as viewing user data and data export is available to free user as well.

Instant result after submitting the survey, various choices to design the survey template, can share the results through a web link as well.

The fields type by the user (such as 'Other' field) could not be viewed though the actual data is stored by the system. This makes the free user feel in a helpless locked situation.

Overall SurveyLegend is enjoyable, safe and easy to use.
If I ever need to do another survey I will probably use SurveyLegend again.

Unlike most other free surveys SurveyLegend has a lot of benefits and possibilities so make your survey look good even without paid services.

It has easy to use functions and can go from easy quick surveys to more complex and longer surveys.

The only con which I have with using it so far is that if you want to download your survey as a Excel file you have to get premium.
However they make up for this by giving you way to get free premium for up to 3 weeks.
