    Admintool UI froze on the printers tab when launched by domain admin who was not associated with printers group. It would be nice if there was a permissions check that occurred, and a warning on the user having insufficient rights before attempting to access the printer configuration. This was my own issue, but support was able to help me identify the root cause.

    TSP RDP solution was worth migrating from our Citrix/Microsoft RDP environment. It is an affordable solution for our company. We've been with TSP for about 10yrs now. Very good experience.

I have had little to no issues with the product it works as described as fast and the few times I've needed tech support they've been on the ball and helped out tremendously and been very nice and polite and expedient.

    I have not found a better priced product with the set of desired features and support.
    Support was supper forthcoming and fast to response.

    Originally we both it for remote desktop, but soon switched to Remote Apps, to have seamless apps and the Application portal html5 interface for home use.
    Another great thing is support. I had an issue and i was exchanging emails with support daily. I have received fast responses, got a patch before the next release and got deeper explanation in configuration.
    So i was able to tailor it specifically to what i needed.

    TSPlus support is also excellent. We ran this for years on a windows 7 PC and then had to update to windows 11 and there was not issue providing test license and support for the transition.

    Products works perfectly even on a VM with limited CPU and RAM with 10 clients. There has never been an issue with license expiring. We have used this product to share our accounts package with Mac machines for more than 6 years.
