Admintool UI froze on the printers tab when launched by domain admin who was not associated with printers group. It would be nice if there was a permissions check that occurred, and a warning on the user having insufficient rights before attempting to access the printer configuration. This was my own issue, but support was able to help me identify the root cause.

So far so good. I have not yet experience any issues or problems regarding this product. We will see after a few months.

TSP RDP solution was worth migrating from our Citrix/Microsoft RDP environment. It is an affordable solution for our company. We've been with TSP for about 10yrs now. Very good experience.

We do a lot of stuff unique stuff with TSP so when we run into problems that was can't figure out Support is there to help. We usually get a response within an hour or less. We understand that can't always be the case but support rocks for us.

Nothing that I can say would be worth posting. Like everything in life there are ups and downs. The downs are few and far between.

I started using TSplus prior to the pandemic then heavily deployed it during the pandemic to allow clients remote access into their offices so that they could work from home. I have had little to no issues with the product it works as described as fast and the few times I've needed tech support they've been on the ball and helped out tremendously and been very nice and polite and expedient.

Haven't found anything I don't like yet.

I use TSplus for about 4 years, it's the best solution for me.
It gives my clients the possibility to consult their shops from away.
you can print directly on your printer.

But you should be careful from viruses if you use no ip and you open a port on your router.
It will be better to have access without opening a port like team viewer, I don't know if they thought about it.

It has really been an easy seamless transition. When I moved servers they were able to help me get it all reinstalled and up

After being hijacked once, I now use TS plus and have had no issues (knock wood)

I have not found a better priced product with the set of desired features and support.
Support was supper forthcoming and fast to response.

Originally we both it for remote desktop, but soon switched to Remote Apps, to have seamless apps and the Application portal html5 interface for home use.
Another great thing is support. I had an issue and i was exchanging emails with support daily. I have received fast responses, got a patch before the next release and got deeper explanation in configuration.
So i was able to tailor it specifically to what i needed.

I have not found anything that was not solvable so far.

It's the best product on the market for taking regular Windows desktop applications and making them available over the internet on any device that can run a standard web browser.

Its real world performance is fantastic.

As with any software, there are always things that are not 100%, but there's nothing of any significance that's worth mentioning.

TSPlus support is also excellent. We ran this for years on a windows 7 PC and then had to update to windows 11 and there was not issue providing test license and support for the transition.

Products works perfectly even on a VM with limited CPU and RAM with 10 clients. There has never been an issue with license expiring. We have used this product to share our accounts package with Mac machines for more than 6 years.

There are no cons, product works as expected and support has always been spot on.

I am satisfied with this solution and i will continue to recommend it to my clients whenever opportunity allows.

Response was timely and efficient. especially the new interface where we can view an inventory of installed TSplus and manage them.

So far there is nothing i dislike about this product.

Good experience for a decent value product which does the job of remote desktop from Amazon cloud very well.

Customer support is really good and responds quickly. The software works well once you have understood the setup and you do not have to be a technical Wiz to get it up and running.

Licensing can be a bit tricky to manage but support are there to help you.

Overall it is a very good value for money product, you can't ask for more, they are constantly updating the product to keep improving it with what the companies demand.

The technical support is very good and has always solved my problems in an acceptable period of time.

What I find worst is the waiting time, i.e. from the time I send an email until I receive a reply.

It's good experience and i suggest for using it because normal price. you can to use any application needs form your server or pc and share with others.
