TSplus remote access software is very articulated done keeping mind both Techie and end users. The installation of the product is just few clicks and if you have a clarification the documentation / manuals are so self explanatory we can resolve most issues.

Support team is very responsive to all our query, and TAT is very satisfactory.

We as a service provider would like to have a call center and talk to a agent and explain about the issue at our client site and resolve it then and there, instead of mail response which take a while due to time zone.
We would also like a simpler system to give control to TSplus support agent of our server when issue are not resolved with all tried options mentioned by mail or documentations, as this is unavailable the downtime in some cases have been more than 12-16 hours.

Overall, quite satisfied with this as a terminal services solution as opposed to Windows Server setup. Easy to manage, few issues with application or its resource usage, and when we did encounter a problem, TSplus support was responsive and assisted til resolution.

The admin console is very intuitive and easy to use for managing user access to certain applications. The customization ability for the remote access options (remote desktop experience vs remote apps, application portal design, mobile device clients) goes further than your standard Windows Server terminal services setup.

Having RemoteApps integrates better to user local resources than standard remote desktop session.

Occasionally, all assigned applications will launch concurrently for a user session. It is simple to task kill the remote app process to stop rapid fire remote apps and try again, but can be concerning to a user when it happens.

The main advantage is the price. It has a friendly interface. It works on many languages. I haven't tried automatic updates yet, but if it works as it says, that's great.

It is not too fluent in the remote connection. Other solutions I have seen more fluently. The user could modify his password in unattended setups; this is not desirable in managed environments. I have experienced some crashes and closing of the application spontaneously. It would be nice to have an export file of the list of configured computers, as a security measure. It should also have more configuration options and an app-as-a-service icon.

Overall TSplus is very useful product and really helps a lot. Many benefits available when we use TSplus.

All or good, but for your question i want to mention for one request. If there is improvement for the import and export with some restriction for the end user will be very useful.

I love to use the end user side. I prefer to use HTML connection for easy to upload the file to the system. Also the downloading the file from file management is very good

Really, the administrator console is very easy. Also the security and session lockout setting from the advance mode is very useful.
The virtual printer setting is manage the printer setting easily.

Not a high cons, if there is search IP block available in the Advance security when its block it will be more helpful.

I found the TSplus host server application designed very good. Good to use this application. Easy to manage the application all in one.

Also the support services is very good. And i found the Advance security block IP setting very good as well. Also block IP for 10 wrong login.
