I've been using TSplus Remote Access for almost 5years . I have no complaint so far .. Very effective application .. very stable.. Never had a glitch.. Recently I had to deal with some license and software upgrade issue and TSplus Remote Access support team handled my case with great professionalism and guided me throughout the process..
I would recommend their product 10 out of 10 times...

I came from an old school type of support who prefer to have direct phone support.. But I understand the challenge of that. Even this is not a real negative point because they handle the interaction with the client
With reasonable time... But I had to give my nostalgic thoughts..

Compared to other similar systems like the one starting with letter C....... This system is pretty easy to install and Fast. Also works with bigger multi server installations.

Fast, clear system after a decent learning curve. Easy to use client side with multiple choices to fine tune user experience.

At first, all settings don't seem to be logically categorized, it takes a while, then all good.

We are overall happy with the software which is use for us.

We got very good support from the TS Plus support team when our TS Plus server machine has some hardware issues & not able to work.

TS Plus Pricing is high in terms of uses.

These should be something lower than that. They must consider cost acc to small companies as well to afford the cost.

Subject says it all - happy with the ease of installation, licensing, and the level of support offered.

Easy to install, and TSPlus provide super-responsive and effective support if you get stuck. I recommend this if you are looking to support multiple (> 2) remote desktop users on a Windows Server machine - ours is Windows 2016.

On the same LAN network I would like to find a TSplus Enterprise + A.S. solution that can allow remote connection not only to the server (host) but also to your client computer (single session only) located in the same LAN as the host.

Great team they have and are very polite with great after care! Mike and Juan are very polite and great at adapting the product to suite our needs.

Loved that they got straight to the root cause and resolved the issue not patched it. They always do a good job permanently fixing an issue and letting me know preventive maintenance to prevent reoccurrence.

A little delay to get to support seems they were flooded with issues at the time.

The price is also very reasonable for the functionality provided.

PC via connect file, Mac and htm5.
Printing via the universal printer or if PC clients also a virtual printer option.
Ability to tailor the remote desktop to limit applications and folder access.
Great responsive support, they actually fix the issue when you report it.

We use terminal works to provide remote scan and for EPOS slip printers.
They will probably cover that as well one day.

The TSplus Remote Access is a very useful product for remote desktop computers, the original licence was bought in 2015.... and its still working.

The experience is really good, the performance of the product meet our expectations. RDP connector and HTML works great!

The product is great easy to use, and with many options to secure the connections.
Very stable solution. The html connection option is also great for different platforms. The customer can connect from any browser.
Also you can convert a single PC in a small server.

The size of the interface is fix. So if you have screens with a better resolution you can not take advantage of it.
Also if we can setup the inactivity of the session for some users instead of on parameter for all the session will be great.

Software is working as expected and do exactly what is telling. Solid and fast with excellent support.

To use TSplus, it is sufficient to have a Windows computer that supports Remote Desktop. There are no other requirements, and the installation does not depend on the OS version. This solves the problem when a simple and not too expensive RDS solution is needed.

Simple installation and setup of the server, creating clients, etc. If you have problems with installation and use, technical support is fast and of high quality. I haven't had a lot of interactions, but a few questions over the past 10+ years have been answered quickly.

There is no MSI version of the ConnectionClient file, which is necessary for installation via GPO.

5 star service and operation, Been using now for nearly 2 years and no issues other than printing which is the printer not the remote access. Allows applications to be used everywhere, so even during difficult times the users have access to information they need. Have used Citrix in the past and whilst it has more features is very costly by comparison with very little benefits for the general user.

Allows our users the freedom to work anywhere with the security our management require.
Easy deployment for new users and temporary users with restricted access rights.

Within the scope of use we have no issues. Would be nice if TSPlus could replicate the Citrix application Show Applications on Desktop.

We are using TSplus for few of our customers and they are all happy for what is it, the security and 2FA integrated is a good bonus.

Mike a Juan helped us to understand and give us the step by step for our migration, everything works like a charmed.

To be honest, TSPlus is a very good product for SMB and have some streamed HTLM5 application.
The only limitation is when you try to copy/paste document between different device but there is a workaround.

Very satisfied, we can use our machine with several people without needing a Windows server license with cal and rdp licenses.

Very good product that works really well, I had to deal with Support recently for a license problem that I could no longer recover, very good contact and responsiveness. I recommend the product.

It is a Great product for ERP Hosting on cloud.

Shortcuts don't work on HTML5 login rest everything is great.

Easy of use and the fact that you can setup remote applications that start automatically and closes automatically when you disconnect.
Installed first on a Sever 2012R2. Reinstalled on Server 2022 after an upgrade of our server. Had an issue with licensing that was resolved the same day by the support team.

Nothing in particular. Installs easily but maybe the manual could have been more extensive.

Fantastic product as mentioned above . We have it rolled out to 100s of users connecting to servers all over the country. Highly recommend this product to all companies and technology providers.

Fantastic Remote Desktop licensing product that helps us keep our security in place and provide fantastic features to our end user regardless of platform they connect from. They love connecting from their phones and using the web portal remote. Virtual printing is awesome!

Configuration and setting the TSplus is very easy taking back up and restoring previous back up also very easy and quick.

Our services to the client hosted by TSplus terminal server. Stanby RDS. TSplus web host is better than other provider. Before we use many servers but not like TSplus.

No cons, simply best, cost wise good. Time saver for us.
