Good experience for a decent value product which does the job of remote desktop from Amazon cloud very well.

Customer support is really good and responds quickly. The software works well once you have understood the setup and you do not have to be a technical Wiz to get it up and running.

Licensing can be a bit tricky to manage but support are there to help you.

Overall it is a very good value for money product, you can't ask for more, they are constantly updating the product to keep improving it with what the companies demand.

The technical support is very good and has always solved my problems in an acceptable period of time.

What I find worst is the waiting time, i.e. from the time I send an email until I receive a reply.

It's good experience and i suggest for using it because normal price. you can to use any application needs form your server or pc and share with others.

It's simple and speed. You can publish app and use it anywhere.with any OS and Device. I use with mobile for control server and finance application.
Its safe and security control is good.

It hasn't backup for configuration and updating.

it's overall great software if you're looking for software to allow many users to log in to one server also, the software has a good TSplus Advanced Security that can narrow down the geo-location that can access that server if it's internet-facing.

Have been using the software as an MSP for over 4 years to establish Remote Desktop services for our clients. Have been very pleased with the performance and ease of use for the software.

Simple setup and implementation for Remote Desktop through the software. Support has been quick to respond and assist on tickets created when seeking extra instructions.

Nit picking - When accessing server through HTML5 using a web browser, you can't send CTRL+ALT+DEL through a Toolbar Menu (or use CTRL+ALT+END) to bring up the Remote Desktop's shell screen to easily guide users to Password Resets.

I would recommend TSPlus as it is cheaper than most solutions yet offers all the features required for hosting applications in the cloud.

TSPlus allows users to connect from a Remote Desktop Client or web browser. There is also an app that can be used on your smart phone. Therefore I did not need to create web apps as I can access my normal desktop apps via the browser. TSPlus also handles the problem of printing from a remote server. Screen sharing is built-in so I can use that for training or technical support with users on the server.

Over the years the product has improved to the point where I no longer have any complaints about the product.

TS Plus application is use through browser, it's an advantage for us and users are easily trained.

After TS Plus Version update most of time universal printer software are failed to update. Due to this problem user are unable to take print out.

TSplus is extremely easy to setup and maintain. Great experience dealing with support. We are using a number of their products and look forward to growing with them.

Product is great and at a fraction of the price. Support is fast and very knowledgeable. They are constantly adding new features and improving what they have to offer.

There is a lot of documentation, but it can be a bit difficult to find what you are looking for at times.

It is easy to install and configure and is an excellent option for those of us who need a Windows Server to have multiple remote accesses, including providing a security certificate and HTML access.

For now we have nothing against the product, it meets our expectations.

Can save lots of money when compared to TeamViewer. Works well along side the TSplus software to allow support to help.

the fact that .exe got resolved with the .connect file extension. It used to be a struggle with Windows defender run the the remote exe file. This made #.connect

N/A am so happy so far so good. All issues that i have struggled with, i was fully helped and directed with the support team.

As a software vendor we have used TSPlus to migrate our customers from an on-premise solution to a fully managed hosted service with TSPlus as the means of delivering our Property Management solution.

TSPlus is a great alternative to other means of publishing apps online. Its a secure, simple to setup and easy to administer.

We have been using TSPlus for our business, and setting it up for our customers since 2010, and we and our customers are very happy with it. The price/performance ration is very good and the software works very well. It is a very good alternative to the simple approach via direct RDP on a workstation, and to the more expensive solutions.

Works smoothly, easy installation, users are happy with the functionality, we especially like the Application Panel that keeps the user off the Windows desktop.

So far, there is nothing to complain about.
