It’s a great tool to stay connected with my clients during tax season, it’s a great tool to remind my client of the upcoming tax season, great was to communicate through text messaging, the automated messaging saves a lot of time and effort in staying connected.

So far so good. I have not encountered that many difficulties in using the software but when I am not sure about how something works or how to get around on how to use a specific item, I call customer support and they are able to help me on the matter I am calling about.

Happy will refer to anyone....that will be interested in an easy way to communicate to their previous and prior clients.
