Horrible place lately over the years not too much. I just asked for some old records and you’re so scampish that you want to charge me for it. So not legal especially when I already paid for that particular report?

So I hate to have to leave this review but for someone who has been doing business with them for a few years now and apparently has 2 separate accounts, I’m very very disappointed. So I was trying to retrieve some old reports and it would let me log in. So I called in being that I have not used the service and asked for my previous report journals with them for a certain time period.

This agent told me that I would have to pay for a service that I do not long use just for some records that my company already paid for while using the service?

I was furious. What do you mean pay for something I do not need just to retrieve a report you can simply email? He got upset and hung up said I wasn’t listening ah duh no sir it makes no sense? All because I didn’t deactivate users? You clearly see we aren’t using your service?

No worries I’m a business I said I’ll just pay and get it over with he doesn’t understand?

Then it find out I have multiple accounts for whatever reason??
Now I have to pay just for the reports? Haven’t used it in almost 2 years?

Thanks but no thanks he could have sent over the reports we needed for time that already paid??? As a business should have not been no arguments. Non sense that you would want someone to pay for something they’re not using. Then to TOP it off he responds this morning to me telling him I will take further actions to refunding my money I just paid after he stated it was the only way and required to now saying I can’t get access or nothing refunded a card payment and stated I needed to do a wire transfer?????

Like are you that crazy ???? Sadly to say he is?

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS THEY WERE AFFORDABLE BUT THIS IS ABOUT IT EVERYTHING ELSE IS HORRIBLE INCLUDING THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE.

Only thing I can say is over the years it was affordable.

Overall, This product gives control to every employee of their activity. It's easy to use and activate. Expenses management is very useful in projects. I highly recommend it.

Timesheets.com is super useful in time tracking and expenses management. My organization using this solution, it's very handy in payroll and work speed tracking of employees. The data it shows is accurate.

Overall, TIMESHEETS.COM is great software. I really loved the ease of activation and managing every expense. The interface is very streamlined gave a smooth experience.

It is a precise and reliable time and expense tracking software for employers. Its dashboard has provides great insights and reports. It was very easy to register any bill and the digital receipt on its expenses calculator.

Overall, the product is good. There are some tricks or lessons that I need to learn on my own. I would like to have a manual on paper (I am old school!) with an index to find things I need to correct instead of calling in. Abraham in Customer Service is always friendly and willing to teach and assists me with no complaints!

Love that I can call with a question and it is answered quickly. I always appreciate speaking with Abraham because he always takes the time to explain to me in more detail how the error was made. I learn something new from him each time I call. He is always personable and professional and I never feel rushed. Very impressed from the beginning with their customer service.

There are no issues with the software. I just need to take more time to learn all of the tools.

It's a vital tool for every small or mid business to keep their employee working effectively. The user interface is very very easy to understand and navigate. We loved this tool.

TIMESHEETS helps to enhance productivity in employees. It gives vital information to an admin to track employees and check what the employee is doing in realtime. My favorite thing about this tool is it's setup process, within a few seconds it's ready to go.

I would more happy if they add custom and according to time reports.

We have started using timesheets at our organization recently to keep a tab on time spent on each project. The dropdown while entering the projects is a bit messy. Standard holidays are not listed on the calendar. On an overall level timesheets is a very decent application.

(-) The dropdown for searching for projects is not very good.
(-) Filling all of the working hours manually is a tedious job.

Overall, Timesheets.com helps to organize multiple projects and time. I very much appreciate its great usability. It helps to bring productivity to every employee.

Timesheets.com accurately tracks my time spent on projects and tasks. It passively activates and runs by its intelligence. It brings a boost to employees and helps to work efficiently. It's also effective in payroll.

Expenses capture and tax calculator is not so effective.

Raya's client service was great!! She took the time to explain what, why, and how.

She took the time to help me learn how to better use Timesheets!

A little complex navigating but Raua explained it well.

Very good experiences! Love this program and the ability to navigate through the system.

I do not have any issue with customer service at all, but would like to be able to have a "Print this page" as in the older version when I am looking at someone's time entries. I do wish that when using the "show" archived staff and archived projects, that there isn't a way to to collapse them back.

We've used Timesheets.com for 10+ years. It has evolved to meet the needs of our company and the service has never been less than exceptional.

Abraham assisted me with an issue concerning our IP address. Not only did he completely take care of the problem in less than 5 minutes, he called me back after reviewing my account to ensure my company had the appropriate service. I had not reviewed this in over a year, "out of sight, out of mind". We made the necessary changes. I appreciate him looking at the entire account, not just assisting and hanging up when done.

Anytime we run into an issue, we call the 800 number, and instantly get a real live person to help us right out. No one from India that I cant understand, like some other companies I have worked with. I wish more companies were this helpful!

Everyone you talk to really want to provide you a quality service. For example, I just got off the phone with Abraham about renewal. I was simply trying to update my credit card info, and Abraham noticed he could save me money by changing the type of account I had set up. Who does that? When you deal with honest people like that, it is truly a blessing. They simply want to offer a good product at a reasonable price. Very very impressed.

None that I can really think of at this time. I have never had a negative experience with anyone in this company. Every time I have called, it has always been positive.

I like that fact that timesheets allows me to get into my account anywhere in the world o am and be able to monitor what my agency hours are. They are always very helpful and quick to answer my calls. Over all a great experience and I am always send new clients to them.
