As the owner of a transportation company, I've had a substantial experience utilizing Tobi Cloud as our primary NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation) software. Over time, it has proven itself to be a valuable tool in managing our operations.

Dispatching and Scheduling: One of the strongest aspects of Tobi Cloud is its dispatching and scheduling feature. User Interface: The interface is simple, clean, and easy to navigate, making it user-friendly even for new employees. It reduces training time, which is an advantage in the fast-paced transportation industry.

Customer Support: Although the customer support team is generally helpful, there are occasions when their response time could be improved. A faster and more efficient service would make a difference, especially during peak operation hours.

We signed up for a demo through their website. I met with a great sales representative who asked all the right questions. After that, we went directly for a monthly subscription just in case it didn’t work out for us. It took us about a week to get started. We have also reached out to their support team to know more about the settings and features, and they helped us in every way possible.

Our drivers and vehicles are all visible in real-time. Texts and notifications are sent directly to passengers, with a link that allows them to see the driver on a map...great software!

It will take some time to understand all the features of the software fully.

We have been using Tobi Cloud for our NEMT business, and it has been an invaluable tool for us. It has helped us efficiently manage our scheduling, routing, and driver management. The billing and invoicing features have also been beneficial. Overall, Tobi Cloud has helped us run our NEMT business smoothly, and we highly recommend it to others.

Tobi Cloud offers Affordable price, Great user experience, Seamless onboarding, Saves a ton of time and improved our overall process.

Using this software for last 6 months and we didn't find any cons.

Tobi Cloud helped us in transforming our non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) business with features like billing, scheduling, dispatching, driver management, and many more. Implementation of Tobi Cloud for our medical transportation operations was very seamless and their support team also helped us in understanding the product better.

We love their automated features like claims submission, scheduling, and dispatching. Tobi Cloud user interface is also easy to use and saves lots of time and money.

They are not providing a free demo right now other than this no cons.
