    Im very positive that Tractivity is a growing platform. It has only been a year of using it and there has been so many beneficial changes to the day-to-day used features.

    Probably the best SRM on the market!

    Summary

    I’ve used many SRM systems over the past decade in my stakeholder engagement roles, and Tractivity is the one that consistently delivers everything we need. It handles one‑to‑one interactions, stakeholder mapping, engagement planning and offers a full suite of communication tools including newsletters, surveys and both public and closed event management, all without relying on complex integrations or extra 'paid-for' subscriptions.

    The UK‑based team are excellent to work with, and our client success manager, Luke, has been outstanding in getting everything configured properly and ensuring strong user adoption. There’s no value in a system unless people actually want to use it, and he made that happen.

    Tractivity is an outstanding platform for managing stakeholder engagement. It brings all interactions, contacts and communications into one secure, central place, making it easy for teams to stay aligned and informed. The system is intuitive, reliable and built for organisations that need clarity, accountability and strong relationship management. Reporting is fast, data is consistent and nothing gets lost in spreadsheets or inboxes. It genuinely helps teams work smarter and deliver better outcomes.

    I haven’t really come across anything I dislike about the product. It’s more a case of learning new features as I go, which is straightforward enough. One thing that would make life even easier is the introduction of dynamic mailing lists so distribution groups stay automatically updated as contacts change.
