PositiveWe have had Variphy , Call Reporting & Analytics software, for almost 10 years. I love the ease of use for quick reports on phone extension call data. Also, I really like the widgets for our call centers that shows a quick snapshot of our call activity that we have setup for a daily, weekly and monthly basis. The great thing is I can send a link to my managers showing the graphical data which they can easily review and check the statistics without connecting to the server. The Variphy Support Team is great and easy to work with. They just helped me migrate my entire Variphy systems over to our new server. It went super smooth! Another nice benefit is they continue to add functionality and options multiple times a year and for no added cost.

It has what i was looking for
Date: Dec 08 2023SummaryI really like Variphy service, specially since the support is always fast and friendly, i had to push a lot here in the company to get the remote control add-on since they just got it for the reports feature.
PositiveRemote Control for IP phones is the main reason we got this software.
Easy reports configuration.
Tons of documentation on website.
Support service fast and friendly.NegativeI don't really understand the how to use the widgets, but i have not looked into any documentation so maybe that's just me.

Variphy - Reporting and Analytics
Date: Dec 18 2023SummaryVariphy Reporting, Analytics' and remote control has been an absolute game changer for me, and our organization. Variphy has made our lives so much easier for remotely managing our phone system, as well as inspecting what we expect.
We have an internet sales and service department which has created a lot of challenges for us over the years. However, with Variphy we were able to set up direct KPI's for our agents, inspect our SLA's and actually develop the pay plans for our agents based off of performance.
We recently added wallboards to our Call Centers, and it creates a great visual for all of our managers. I could continue to go on about the pros that we have discovered with Variphy, as it has become an intricate part of our processes and of our teams. It has helped us save money, make money, and save countless hours chasing down issues and remotely assisting our end users.PositiveWe really like the reporting (automated and wallboards), the overall functionality for DID management, and the remote management of our Cisco phones. We have used Variphy for over 5 years at this point and they have continued to roll out new features that we find useful and they have listened to our customers.
NegativeThe biggest con for me would be the learning curve with what the specific fields are called within reporting.

I have used the system for a long time and it took some adjustments but the software has adapted and the support team at Variphy is always willing to help.
