Initial Setup – Takes some configuration to fine-tune lead filtering properly. This is more of a Zapier and Service Titan configuration issue and trying to get help support services from them. Casey was persistent in resolving this unique issue for us. Moving forward it will be easy to duplicate this zap for our other clients.

Sometimes there are small nuances in the demographic information (like age, salary, or marital status). However, we’ve had no issues with the names or emails, which are the most important to us.

The two factors I care about the most are UI and data quality. I think Visual Visitor succeeds on both counts. It's easy to use and the data checks out as far as I'm concerned. None of the emails I've sent using Visual Visitor's data have bounced.

I like the dashboard a lot, the information is laid out in a simple way. I also like the reporting functions. It's constantly collecting data but it lets you go back and view old data if you want.

I haven't found any, I think it's the best visitor tracking platform available.
