Overall, I am happy with the easy of this site and the knowledge I have a space when I leave for work.

Easy access to webpage to book parking, knowing in advance how much I have in my wallet and what it will cost per week to park.

Sometimes when I need to leave the garage, the Wi-Fi does not work, and I have issues.

I can only encourage others to use this product if you need to manage the access and capacity of your parking.

I really like the user interface which makes it easy to use. As well as the fact that you can use it from different devices.

Honestly till now there is nothing that I identified as a negative experience.

Properly handling the parking allocation problem within the organizations with fewer resources than the total number of employees.

User friendly, reliable at the time of booking and entering/exiting the parking, online customer service with quick responses.

Just like any other application, there are moments of server/network shut down but it happened rarely during the last year.

Simple to book a parking space. Nudge facility if your space has been taken by another car. Can book for half a day or a full day. Easy top-up method when credit runs low.

Would be good if you could book ahead of the 24 hr limit, although I know this is to give everyone a chance.

I love that I can reserve my parking spot up to two weeks in advance. This allows for guaranteed parking.

Sometimes there are no parking spots available….. but very seldom does this happen.

It's the app that works in a way that you want - simple, intuitive, easy to use. We all want that, but most apps can't meet our expectations.

I use Wayleadr to plan my commute to the office. Since I started using it, I have discovered the great benefit of planning my journeys, ensuring I have a parking space when I arrive and releasing my parking space to a colleague when I no longer need it or my plans have changed. It's so easy to use, and it takes a few seconds to make a booking. Highly recommend it to any organisation as a great way to manage parking but also use of office space on any given day.

Overall is an amazing product I highly recommend it for a company wanting to manage the availability of the parking.

I love how easy it is to schedule a parking spot at my work. I love the user interface and the usability.

That if parking becomes available during the day that the app won't reflect the available spots because they are reserved for the entire day.

I can definitely recommend the use of Wayleadr as a seamless way of managing parking. The support is fast and very helpful.

To book parking on my mobile, get confirmation and bay allocated to me, and open the gate with my mobile.

Sometimes opening the gate is tricky partly due to mobile reception at the gate.

Wayleadr's allocation algorithms are generic and therefore not always the most applicable to our company's specific use case; however, they are often quite receptive to feedback!

Wayleadr is managing our limited parking spots and this benefits me because I can get a parking spot when I need it, provided that I request a space in time.

It would be nice if we had a way to book spaces for only a few hours during a day, rather than booking out the whole day. That way, more spaces may be available for everyone.
