ParkOffice is amazing to manage our park place in our company, so easy to use.

I didn't find anything to say for the things I didn't like.

This ParkOffice app really changed our parking spaces management. We save time all mornings : no need to look for a parking space anymore, as you know when and where you have to park.

There's nothing I dislike about the app. Maybe the French translation could be improved, but nothing really annoying :).

Before Wayleadr I spent a lot of stressful time dealing w/ parking, it was definitely the most unpleasant aspect of my job.
With Wayleadr this is not the case.

Implementation was practically effortless.
It works, very few problems ever and if there is a problem their chat help is exemplary: prompt and efficient.

Using the app after using a key card takes a little getting used to but in the long run takes no more time really.

It is providing parking for staff who have not been able to park in the office without the service and it all works so simply by email or by using the mobile application.

Wayleadr is an app we use for requesting parking in the office. It is excellent because we have a small carpark and lots of staff, so this company has helped us share the spaces among the people who need them with our new hybrid working policy.

There is nothing I do not like about this system as it helps me get parking in the office where i would otherwise need to use crowded public transport that is uncomfortable and expensive.

I've been using it for a few months, every day to get to work. I have never encountered any problems in terms of use.

Very easy to use, this tool improves your daily work life. No need to look for an available place, yours is waiting for you!

Nothing serious. But I think the aesthetic side of the tool can be improved. I imagine something more modern, why customizable for each profile? This would allow each user to have the interface he prefers.

Everything was really quick, from the presentation to the setting. And even if we are in France, that doesn't make any difficulty.
All is easy to understand and to use. And as I said, the costumer service is so lovely and are here to help, I'm glad we choose this solution.

For the moment I didn't have trouble with the application.

Before we've started working with ParkOffice we had problems allocating our few parking lots available fairly. Their reservation system is so easy to use that we were impressed! We don't know how we would do without ParkOffice, so thank you! I strongly recommend it!

Everything works perfectly, I do not think something is missing.

It creates a fair policy for the management of parking spaces which allows you to let ParkOffice manage without thinking about it.

ParkOffice really helped us to manage the parking spaces, and especially to avoid leaving someone out.

There is no inconvenience, except for the days when I don't get my parking space! But that's part of the game if there are fewer spaces than there are applicants.

Since 4 months, I use this app when I go to my workplace, every morning I use it to find a park place very easily. This app help me and all of my coworkers to manage the parking spaces, which is very efficient when there is big traffic on the road.

I don't find any inconvenience for now, the app is very impressive in terms of ergonomics uses.

This service is saving many staff time and money on their commute; I save over €100 a week, and it cuts my commute time from 15 hrs a week to just over 5, so it is is a no-brainer.

The service has changed our 20-space car park where the spaces were owned by high-graded management. It has allowed lower-graded staff, such as myself, to use these spaces and save time and money daily.

I do not see any faults with this service; it saves users like myself time and money daily and is very easy to use with either an email address or a phone app to do so.

Before this service was introduced it was very hard to get parking in the office but since we started using it most users are able to get spaces when they need them.

Great Customer Service from the Park Office team. So easy to use and the weekly reminders are so handy. Being able to book using the app on your phone - it can be done outside of the normal hours.

The initial app set-up is straightforward and is easy to use for anyone who is not too tech savvy! The Park Office Team have been able to help swiftly with any issues.

I use the app about 90% of the time before it was first come first served and I always lost out because I had to drop the kids to school and arrived at 5 minutes to 9 am and most times I did not get a space ..

Easy to use, and we can open the boom gate from our phone, no fob or swipe card. Also, the app algorithm allocates the parking spaces fairly so the parking is not distributed on a first-come-first-served basis.

Nothing really, we are very happy with it, at first, they have some issues with bugs but they sorted it all out very quickly because I think they have their own in-house development team.

Excellent service. The ParkOffice guys had us up and running within a week and all employees were delighted to finally have a solution to our parking problems.

Our parking was a mess before ParkOffice. They implemented a good structure and got rid of the free for all early rush to the office. We now just have to book our spaces in advance and we can do everything through their app.

We had one bug with the live occupancy tracker but their development team had it fixed within an hour.
