The app is great, and the support team are fantastic! We can really relax and out employee parking to the back of our minds and let the app do the hard work.

The Wayleadr app is simple to use and removes confusion, and admin for employees, to make parking solutions simple!

Nothing to note, we have never had any technical issues.

Average- could be improved significantly but overall it does the job it sets out to do which is to allocate a space.

Allocated space meaning you are guaranteed a space and don't have to fight to find one in the mornings.

Not all spaces are suitable- on 2 occasions I was allocated a space which was flooded so I could not get out of my car, and on multiple occasions, despite listing my car as MEDIUM/ LARGE I still got allocated spaces that were too small.

With the limit number of spaces available at our company, the Wayleadr app is a fair and simple way to distribute the spaces.

I have not had a single issue with the app. It is so straight forward to understand and use. The app has been brilliant.

I have had no issues with the app and find it easy to use.

Overall the experience is a very good. Ease of implementation, ease of administration, ease of use as a standard user.

There is a simple interface with simple to use mobile application that seamlessly connects with the organization's SSO.

Only issue i have is a lack of integration with the reporting to reporting platforms such as Power BI.

My overall experience with this is good, the app makes things simple and when i have had a question to add other offices etc. the support team have bene fantastic.

The ability to check availability of spaces within our various offices when needed on site and then book one if it is available.

The fact you can only book 2 weeks in advance, i plan one month at a time and would like to book all my parking at the same time.

Brilliant system, makes life so much easier when traveling to HQW. Like the fact you can book well in advance.

It is so easy to book a parking space at out head office, No drama, no fuss and confirmation all is ok. Just book for your allocated space and that is it.

No cons that I have found, real time confirmation would make things a little easier.

The app is very easy to use, requires very little knowledge. I’ve been using the app daily for the last two years and it has honestly made my commute into office a lot easier. Just knowing you have a space when you turn up puts your mind at ease. Definitely recommend!

Overall the service is excellent. The customer service is very prompt and helpful and the app is so stress free.

The app is so simple to use and in only a few clicks you can request parking for following week and then sit back and wait to receive notification on the request. You can also review the spaces available on the day and apply then.

There is not much I do not like about this application.

Really good app, it really facilitated parking now that we are back in the office.
I have a free spot most of the time as before if I miss the parking lot, would have to wait for a month to apply again.

Easy to book and release spots.
It allow a better office parking allocation.
no more booking for the whole month and using only a week.

No preferred location, every day you will be parking in a different location.

Very positive, I have the system on both mobiles and my work laptop an its always up to date.

Simple and quick to use / update / make changes, I can also store more than 1 car registration so makes booking easy if I'm in a different car.

Don't always get the space id like in the office...

We are still rolling out the program, but I haven't had any issues and all questions are answered quickly. Online chat experience is great!

It would be great to have the possibility to book a park spot for a whole month.

The initial configuration of the application is simple and easy to use for anyone who is not too tech savvy! The ParkOffice team was able to help you quickly in case of a problem.

ParkOffice really allows us to manage employee parking without having to constantly think about it!
