Chose WorkTime to monitor my working routine to possibly find an area to improve my productivity. Didn’t have any issues so far (I’ve been using it for a couple of months). Really enjoyed the affordable price.

Easy to use, clear design, and very understandable system to install and start monitoring. Many reports.

I would like to have more reports oriented not to a team but to a single user, maybe also some alarms to start work or have a break.

When we first started using this tool, I was pretty skeptical. I thought it would be too intrusive, but the team was facing real productivity issues, especially with remote workers. After a month of using the software, we saw an improvement in productivity. For example, one of our employees didn’t realize how much time they were spending on social media. They thought it was just a quick check of their feed, but it turned out they were spending two hours on it. The reports clearly showed where and how much time was being wasted.

I can't think of anything I dislike. Maybe I'd change the color scheme, but that's a minor detail and doesn't affect the functionality or my overall impression.

I like it, especially the automatic reports. I set a 15-minute window for lateness so if an employee doesn’t start working within 15 minutes of the workday beginning, I get a notification. It’s convenient and helps keep everything under control."

You can set time intervals for lateness, inactivity or unproductiveness and receive automatic notifications.

I haven’t found any downsides after a year of use. I’m completely satisfied.

We switched to WorkTime a year ago, because we were not sure about privacy with our previous software and since we work with confidential information we really were concerned about data leakage. Looked for more secure options and found WorkTime. WorkTime is compliant with all privacy regulations, and we can now monitor employee computer activity without those concerns.

Compliant with our local data privacy laws, and also HIPAA compliant. No concerns about private information leakage.

The software doesn’t have a report on employee well-being, which would be really helpful to have. But I like the general respectful approach to monitoring.

We wanted to track how active our remote employees are to ensure productivity. We can see when they start and stop working and how often they take breaks. We've noticed that knowing we track their activity encourages them to stay productive.

Great for remote monitoring, it does not capture any private information. Online meetings tracker is also handy.

As a law firm, security is important to us. We found this time tracker to be reliable: it doesn't take screenshots of your webcam or desktop, and it doesn't record passwords or keyboard text. In addition when registering you can choose where the tracked data will be stored: on your server or the server of the company providing this service.

It doesn't capture screenshots from my webcam or desktop nor does it record audio keyboard text or the contents of chats and documents.

At the moment I haven't found any cons. I've been using it for a year now and everything works great. Very pleased with the result.
