I've been using it for ages, and it's been a great experience so far. That's why I'm still here!!!!!

We're a remote team, so I can keep an eye on things without micromanaging. They add new features and make improvements on a regular basis.

Can't complain. The product sorted out our productivity gaps and really helped our remote team stay on track without micromanaging.

So far the system is performing well. My first experience was smooth. I don't think we'll need a new system.

Suitable for any number of employees, as well as for individual use, it allows everyone to be seen in one place and is easy to navigate.

It would be nice to see improvements to the visual appearance of the tool and the addition of AI capabilities.

It handle my daily tasks perfect. I don't even need to login day because i set notifications, and if something go wrong it alert me right away. I only need to login once a month to check how month was.

A user-friendly interface (I didn't have ti learn anything), automatic notifications, and timesheets based on real data.

If need more features, have to pay, as the free pay only offers a limited set of features.

It has made it much easier to manage accountability in my team. I have better visibility, and everyone knows expectations are clear.

It's simple to use and gives us a clear picture of how our time is spent. It's been a huge help in identifying people who are always late. I also appreciate that I can log offline meeting time, so team activities don't count as idle time.

Everything works well for me. The data is clear, and it helps me understand what's going on.

I'd rate my experience a 10 out 10, even though there is a few thing I don't particularly like......

I like that I can mark offline meetings. Having my offline and online work all in one place makes it easy to keep track of everything. It helps me see my productivity better.

don't really like that after a period of inactivity, I have to log in again, even if the app tab is still open. It's a bit annoying when it happens.

If they added integrations with other programs, it would be priceless...but from, I'm happy with it, a solid 4.

easy to use and pretty much plug-and-play. No steep learning curve. Literally it's a no-brainer. The instructions are very straightforward.

interface it pretty simple, i'd even say it's old-school. Visually it's not as appealing as other tools. There's so much to choose from that it's overwhelming.

Since we have team members in both Canada and Europe, automated attendance monitoring is a lifesaver. It easily handles different time zones and work shifts. Now, instead of sending a massage to a manager asking to be clicked in, team attendance is recorded automatically.

Keep in mind key features like attendance monitoring and unlimited work schedules are locked behind the Premium version.

Even with the limited time -off settings, the automation we get from AI tagging and AD integration is a big win for us. It's a real 'set it and "set it and forget it" kind of tool, and it really delivers on its promises

There's no way to set time off for a few hours or half a day, it only lets you select full days

It's kind of reality check. We found out some people were doing less than we thought while others were doing most of the work. It helped us balance us things out.

I can see what's actually going on with tasks now without constantly asking people. Also, it's quiet and doesn't slow down my PC or anything, which is nice. It actually showed me that some people weren't doing much.

Wasn't super easy to explain ti the team in the beginning. Some people felt like it was "too much" transparency.
