Decent-Seems like a good service overall. App is easy to navigate.Although the communication needs improvement, a support representative does eventually respond to inquiries and does help to get questions answered, issues resolved, rescheduling done, or payments updated.

Helped with bill, The option to upload more than one bill or several bills at a time is helpful if needed. The app is easy to navigate and seamless with how Deferit app users can upload bill(s).The FAQ's help when app user has inquiries.

Communication from Deferit was not as quick as I would've liked after bill was uploaded. Deferit payment did not post until after bill was actually due. The app did not offer an option to reschedule payments. Occasionally takes a while to get a response back from an inquiry made about a bill upload or scheduled payment. There is currently no customer service support phone number.

My experience is great, I was able to upload my power bill easy and was able to pay it. It was paid right then and there. Now I am current with all of my bills. I just hope that they will up limits more. Thank you again Deferit for saving me.

I love how they are very fast with helping you pay your bill. I was stuck in between looking for work. I was able to pay the 14.99 fee and was able to upload my bill and have my bill paid. Using Deferit helped get caught up with my bills. I am very satisfied with Deferit. I want to thank you all for such great service. Hopefully one day you will up my spending limit so I can pay more bills.

Frauds!!!! These people prey on the not so fortunate and you will never here from them again matter of fact after you sign up (pay their fee) and then boom!!! They lock your account reminds me of the movie bee keeper just a call center full of low lifes scamming people!!! Get a real job losers.

I love the flexibility of this product when navigating budgeting and bill paying. The app helps make this product convenient to use.

I wish the subscription payments were less or broken out in flat rate increments per installments, add $4-$5 to each installment payment. Or maybe have the ability to amend the subscription due date. I’d also to see a monthly statement. For example what you send to the credit bureau.

Customer service is quick and solved my problem without any issues. If I am short on a bill, I love that I can take some extra time to pay it! I also love that I can change the date to allow extra time if needed!

Because of Deferit I have had to replace 3 debit cards through my Financial institution!!! I have asked!! I have begged!!for Deferit to stop taking from me!! And they want That is very bad business!! They say you can live chat Not true at all!! All you get is an answer machine!!And know I’m starting to think that they do not have human emailing or replying!! Because they will not stop taking from me!! I mean what business takes 5 withdraws in one month?? And it may be more!! I didn’t sign up for Deferit for a reason and I wouldn’t do business with Deferit!! I am tired of this nonsense I will be posting a review.. It’s a scam!!

I’m am replying just like I have been and emailing Deferit to stop fraudulent withdrawing funds out of my account for a subscription fee that I never signed up for nor did I want to become a member!! And this Deferit is still withdrawing funds!

I would like to see Deferit implement an express mailing system for those bills that require payments via mail. The reason Deferit needs this express mail system in place instead of relying on a 10 day mailing system is for the following reasons:
1. Will Never have to depend on mail being delayed or lost.
2. Express Mail is documented and have to be delivered in a timely fashion
3. Deferit Heroes will spend less time on reimbursing, contacting companies and tracking down payments.
4. Deferit Heroes will spend quality time with their clients.

There is no Cons on my end . I have beed pleased with the use of Deferit. I have not had and problems with them but one and it wad resolved in a timely matter.

I count on Deferit to pay my most essential bills! I honestly don’t know what I would do without during these hard times. My husband and I have been having financial hardships and Deferit has helped us survive.

I have been using Deferit to pay my bills for the past two years. I mostly pay my electric, water and cable/phone bills with it but have also used it for car insurance and others. What I like most about Deferit is it is so quick and easy to use. I use the app, to upload my bills and also see my payments. I screenshot my bill, upload it and that’s it! It is paid within the hour most of the time.

My balance has increased several times so that I am able to use it more. Even when my payment method doesn’t go through they are good about communicating immediately and I can fix it. I am so thankful for Deferit for allowing me to pay my bills in smaller chunks making it more manageable. Each bill I upload is divided into 4 equal payments. I able to split the payments to align with my paychecks. It is completely worth the monthly fee.

I would like my balance to increase more. Or have a feature to request a balance increase.

Fast bill payment and positive customer service. I’ve only had to call once but they fixed the situation fast. No issues so far.

I’ve had positive results and my credit limit has gone up with this company. I’ve been using them for a year and have no complaints.

I love this app so much. It has truly been a life saver. Most of the bills are paid within an hour or 2 within submitting and some even faster then that. Being able to break my bills into smaller payments has really helped.

Nothing bad to say. Some bills have to have checks sent out which can take about a week but that’s not the app’s fault it’s more of a biller issue
