My name is Nicole and my experience with Deferit has been amazing. If it wasn’t for this app, me and my kids wouldn’t be able to keep our utilities on every month. when I lost my job earlier this year I didn’t have a lot of money coming in and this app allowed me to keep my utilities on I don’t think this company will ever know what they’ve done for me. I recently became a widow, so everything is on me with three kids and I take care of mother with dementia and there’s been times where I received a disconnect notice to turn off my light and I use this app and I was able to save my lights from being turned off. I can also change the pay back date if funds are not available which for me is a life saver. I want you guys to know that what you created is awesome and I have referred many people to this app and you have helped them as well. Thank you.

Deferit is a great tool when you’re needing help but don’t have any. I’ve used it on my electricity bill and it has saved me from disconnection.

•Doesn’t take too much hassle to add required documents
•Flexible payment dates if unable to pay

•More important bills don’t qualify (for me at least.. ie rent, car payment)
•Balance hasn’t gone up anymore

I love Deferit. I've used it several times and it really is godsend. Just upload your bill and make your initial payment and let them handle the rest!

Makes paying your bills easy. Deferit lets you split your bills in four payments so when you're running low on funds, you can still get your bills paid on time!

Wish they didn't have their monthly service fee but the price is worth it.

Not all bills get paid right away. Some bills have to be mailed in so make sure if it's one of those bills, you're not at risk of getting disconnected.

It has been an amazing experience and I like that it helps people be able to get their bills paid and you can pay back in small payments!

The site is easy to navigate, It is easy to make payments, you can pay back in affordable payments. It is easy to get in touch with customer service they get back to you very quickly.

I wouldn't change anything. I haven't had any problems with the site. The only thing I think could be a little better is the fees. I would like it better if you could pay monthly.

10 out of 10 over all great company and easy to use. Plus when you do pay on time the money goes up of what you can spend.

This company is amazing. Very easy to get the bills paid and the monthly charge is pretty cheap. I have not had one issue with Deferit. Very friendly associates when you need help. Very understanding if you have to push a payment back they give you pretty decent time range.

Never had an issue with this company very happy. Easy.

Overall experience is very positive. It’s nice to know they are there if ever I need help. I would like to see them add car payments and rent, that would really really help people I think.

They have literally saved my life during some difficult times. I have never had any issues with them. Highly recommend to anyone who may need a little help.

Customer service is a little slow in getting back to you. The 14.99 subscription fee is a little high for someone who may be struggling. Other than that no other issues.

Easy to use app, just upload my bill and it is taken care of in just a few hours. Have not had any issues yet.

Pays my bills quickly without problem, easy to use app. Flexible with payment schedules and able to reschedule.

Deferit has been a great way to pay on my rent or other bills when I was in a bi weekly standing point. They sent a check to my leasing office and really helped out a bunch.

4 payment option isn’t available more often, would like to see that more.

I love Deferit. They have made my life so much easier! No hefty fees or unrealistic interest fees, no hassle, simply upload your bill & pay 1/4 of it now. They pay the entire amount and allow you more time to pay the rest!

Deferit is awesome! I don’t know how many times I stressed because one of my bills ended up being too high to pay in one check or I had to move things around to make sure I could afford groceries & cost of living. Deferit makes it easy! For less than 2 iced coffees a month, Deferit can help make your life easier without drowning you in hefty fees and more debt. Deferit makes it easy and simple to pay your bills in 4 payments (or less if you want you can pay earlier) so that you can keep your lights on AND food on the table.

There are no cons! It’s easy & affordable! It would be helpful to be able to use it for bills that don’t provide statements or online pay options though!

Finally, I received an email, apologizing for any inconvenience, and that they were gonna take care of matter what the date they still took out another fee. I would never use them again and I wouldn’t recommend them. They do pay your bill right away but it’s not worth the hassle that you got to go through to cancel them all and try to contact him what you can’t do and then that you your subscription fees they keep taking and maybe even taken from Car is that you never even given them. I have contacted my attorney asked me to contact him once more time. My lawyer said to have them correct the problem before he takes for the action

I really like how fast they paid my. The app was easy to set up uploading your bills. I thought it was a great actor I could use if I ever needed to pay something and I didn’t have the money I was really great. It was really great that they paid. my bill was in a couple hours.

Well let’s start with the subscription fee. I used them once paid off my bill and subscription fee for the first month. As of today I still be charged subscription fee when I close my account and you’re charging it to my credit card and I never gave them the information. Been trying to contact someone for months and fast as I make my credit card payment. My balance keeps going down because every month for the last five months they’ve been taking money think twice before you use them Deferit.

I am truly fond of Deferit as they have significantly alleviated my stress. The past few months would have been incredibly challenging without the assistance of Deferit. The option to divide my expenses into four manageable payments is particularly advantageous for me, considering my monthly income. I have been a loyal user of their services for more than two years, and I can confidently award them a perfect rating of 5 stars. I highly recommend giving them a try, as you will undoubtedly be satisfied with the outcome.

Simplicity and convenience, financial flexibility, Interest-free payments is the BEST! There is no credit impact, unlike credit cards or loans, using Deferit does not usually require a credit check. Deferit provides transparency in terms of the payment due dates and amounts. You can see a clear breakdown of you bill, making it easier to plan your finances accordingly.

Limited bill types. Deferit may have limitations on the types of bills that can be split. It may not be available for all types of bills or expenses, which could limit its usefulness in certain situations.

I have the best experience if i cant make a payment i am able to extend it. It is great and I haven't had any bad experiences with it.

This is the best thing i could use for bills when I'm low on cash. I can make a partial payment and then pay the rest when i get paid and still be able to live or get groceries for my kids.

I don't like that i can't pay my cable bill on it. It always say it would have to send a check.

Give them a 5 star because Deferit is a company that works with you and they best I have seen. So I will tell everyone about Deferit.

Everything there for me with my bill and never leave them because my credit is going up because I pay my on time.

I love Deferit and how it allows you to pay what you owe back in a more stress free payment plan way. If you're having an issue with the payment date you can access the calendar to move back the date with no problem. I love the fact once you submit your bill its getting paid within 2 hours! This is definitely a hassle-free company that i would highly recommend

I don't have any Cons with Deferit just wish they were around sooner but its great i know about them now.

My experience is easy and quick the overall experience is just a beee3 and thankful to have something like this available.

It is a very helpful place to wing your bills in a time of need it’s very easy to maneuver and doesn’t make you feel like you won’t receive help.

It is nothing I do not like expect for the tip offerings sometimes I feel bad not to be able to help others with tipping.
