My overall experience is highly satisfied. I rarely have any issues with using this app. I would like to see this app be expanded to help pay on student loans, car payments, and/or credit card payments.

Deferit is an awesome app! This app helps me budget my spending because I’m literally living paycheck to paycheck. It allows me to spread out my expense spending weekly by paying a small portion every week by splitting all of my bills in 4 smaller payments.

I don’t like having a preset amount to spend unless I’m an habitual spender not able to make my payments timely. But if I am a frequent user; then there should be approved benefits to use the app with an unlimited amount as long as I am in good standing.

Overall: Good to have! Helps breaks payments up.
$15 monthly service fee regardless of how much you use the services.

This app has been a lifesaver when I needed it most! I have used it for many years with no major issues to report.

*The high monthly fee!! It’s unreasonable for the service received. The fee goes up often.
*There is no way to reach customer service by phone. You have to send an email and wait to get help. I think that’s a big downfall that needs to be corrected.

Some companies don’t accept them and don’t negotiate either.

I love this company, makes it easy to pay bills especially when you don’t have the entire bill up front. Been using this for a while and will keep using it. Saved me a lot on not having my power disconnected.

I wish it gave you a higher amount you can use automatically, instead of sending an email to request one.

Company. Has got me out of many jams They are very easy to work with. They pay the bills efficiently as well has been building my credit.

They don’t have phones support I have chat sometimes can take to long

Overall, I’m impressed. It truly helps me out with paying bills in 4 parts, allowing me to free up money for gas, groceries and emergencies.

I truly thought this was a scam. It’s not. I have been able to pay my bills with the apps for several months without any issues. With inflation, it’s helped me stay afloat. It also offers the flexibility to change payment due date if needed.

Certain bills can’t be paid because of the statement type. We have Spectrum Mobile and since we don’t get a physical bill, it won’t allow us to pay with deferit

Overall using deferit has been a lifesaver for my bills and for my credit. The extra time you get to pay bills as well if the standard 6 weeks doesn’t work is also a lifesaver because your credit won’t be touched!!!

This app over the last couple of years has helped me so much, from splitting my payments to changing my date, and finally to helping my credit. If you were ever undecided about this app don’t be! Give it a chance and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed

I like deferit because it allows me to have a little money left in my purse after paying bills. It allows you to feel like you can actually enjoy life and not live paycheck to paycheck. I also like them because they have helped my credit score increase. Deferit also has allowed me to grow my credit with them. I started off with a little credit and it increased pretty fast , which helped out a lot. Thank you for this app and the better quality of life it provides for me.

The only thing I do not like is the uploading of bills sometimes. It won't upload or it takes a while to upload. Other than that , I am satisfied with Deferit.

I love the availability balance. I love the timing of having your bill paid within hours or even a short period of days depending on when paying. The subscription fee is reasonable. The customer service is super helpful and understanding.

More bill carriers but to have the main carriers, is good enough.

Love being able to split a necessary bill into four east payments any time needed. The ability to also make changes to the due date when needed is greatly appreciated.

The price increase of nearly doubled since I started, but I understand that sadly the price of most everything has increased.

I ♥️ Deferit! Sometimes there is just not enough paycheck to cover the bills. Deferit gives me the option to pay in 4 so I can keep the lights on, the water running and the waste disposing. I usually use it to cover utilities. Lifesaving!

Sometimes they are a little slow to answer help messages.
