I really love this place and the way they do the payment plan. This helped so much when I needed help for a bill.

They are the best. Definitely the best way to pay bills on a payment plan and nor get the bills shut off on you.

Takes awhile to get the check to the bill place.

I’ve had an easy time using the app and it’s self explanatory so no issues with knowing what is going on. Definitely recommend this to friends and family

I would really like to think whoever brought up this app thought about the people who basically rob Peter to pay Paul. It comes in real handy when you need to get a bill paid and don’t have the full amount of a bill. I really appreciate this app. It’s coming in real good handy with keeping my bills paid on time for the most part.

Easy to use, set up 4 easy pays and done, you can schedule your payments and move them if needed. Very helpful.

This helps pay many bills on pay in 4. I use it mostly for JEA, electric bill. It has been a great help.

Nothing it's easy I have no cons. It even allows you to move payment dates if needed.

Overall the experience with the deferit app has been positive, there has been some kinks but overall positive.

Helpful for getting bigger bills paid especially when money might be tight during the month for one reason or another.

Sometimes bills take a bit to be paid and customer service is a little slow responding

I like everything about this app. You just upload your documents and how much and leave the rest up to them. I’ve used it several times and never had any issues. They’re very helpful and understanding if you need a little more time.

I love deferit, I’ve been using it for a while now and it is great with helping me catch up on bills that I may not have enough to pay the full amount. The subscription fee is low. They pay the bill right away unless it’s something that has to be paid by check and they still get that in the mail right away.

No cons for me. It’s a cool service that I would recommend to anyone

This is the best app that ever came out. I have been using them for close to a year now and I have no complaints. Customer Service is awesome, they are very attentive and responsive for being able to only reach them via email; and to Customer Service is everything and is what makes their service the best yet. Not to mention, payments are made within minutes of you uploading your bill and making your first payment. I get a receipt from the biller and Deferit fast.

Only thing I can con at this time is the need to continuously log into the app; which would make it a tech issue.

10/10. When a program is user friendly and does it what it says it will, there's nothing to complain about. Deferit said they will help me take care of my bills and that's what they did.

The process is extremely easy. I was approved almost immediately and they were able to confirm my bill was eligible within minutes.

As an individual who is on the upswing of my credit building (go me!) I also appreciated the approval amount. It took care of my past due balance but wasn't the full amount that I needed. While most people would have complained, I appreciated that the company put the responsibility back on me to handle the rest. These skills really help when building and learning about credit/bills/financial literacy. They made the payment same day and the pay back options are super financial friendly. I usually don't recommend companies/ programs but truthfully many people I know are having hard times paying their bills so I definitely have been referring people to use deferrit.

It also reports to your credit so like ... win win ya know?

I will use Deferit to relieve some financial stress but also to give me a leg up on my financial future.

Usually I have a list of complaints for everything. I honestly can say I don't have any complaints with Deferit. The process was super smooth for me.

So far so good. I had it like 30 days so I haven't really seen everything this app can be yet. I'm sure in another 3 months I will have a better understanding of the app.

I like that it's an app where you can pay bills in installments that a life savor haven't had it for long so I don't know much about it yet. I do like that if the bill is over the limit that you have you can put extra money on it.

I don't like the second time when I did a bill it charged me a holding fee that I will get back. I wish it was more like afterpay a point system that you can see to earn higher money for bills and even over time a no down payment on bill under 400.

Great communication & help resolving my issue. Every time I need help with extending my due date they always help. Deferit is a great service for people that’s not able to pay their whole bill at once.

The payment plan is great and you can reach out to customer service if you need to extend your time to pay.

When my payment was due it was too late for me to ask for extension.

My experience has always been positive and tailored to my individual needs. There has never been a time that I felt I couldn’t reach out to them as they make you feel welcome and part of their family. They truly step in and show up for their customers.

Deferit has helped me get through some rough patches in life. Just when you think you have no where to turn and no means to do it, they step right in. The customer department also goes above and beyond your expectations and make you feel at ease in handling your needs.

I do not have any cons. They have always met my needs.

Good resource when you need extra money for a bill. Also if a down payment is needed it's instantly given back once paid in full.

Quick response time for processing, very easy to navigate app. Comes in handy when you need it the most.

That I have a piece of mind when bills need to be paid and I can be flexible and budget. It also helps me when I'm in a bind and allows me to stretch my money and paid other bills I might have neglected before.

When it declines payments but I have funds on my card I hope they resolve this issue cause. I lreaaly love this app.

My experience with Deferit has been anything but grand or pleasant. My limit was 300 dollars after already paying 950 dollars worth of bills on time. I attempted to use that 300 dollars to pay a rent bill well over that amount but figured I'd at least be able to split the 300 dollars portion into payments. Ha! I submitted the bill and got a message that I could use 100 of the 300 dollars. If I wanted to use the remaining 200 dollars, I would need to reupload the bill, pay off the first two payments of the first installment, and then they'd pay another 100 dollars. Then if I wanted to use that final 100 dollars, the same process, so what was once a 300-dollar limit they "so graciously provided me with" is now 200-dollar. When you try and reach out to them, it takes almost two weeks for them to answer, and when they finally do answer, they send you a script they pulled from their site, and it doesn't even answer your damn questions. Stay far away from them!!

Absolutely no pros! Nothing about this company seems legitimate, and every time you "follow their rules," they decrease the amount of the limit they've provided you for paying on time.

It’s been a very good program and has helped me out a lot especially in this economy when inflation is high and you need a little help. I am glad this program exists and I love that they report to the credit companies so that it can help raise your credit. Because paying bills on time should show on your credit report.

It is user friendly, easy to use and the bills get paid in a timely manner. I haven’t had any problems with the bills I have uploaded to be paid and they have always been paid within a few hours. The app is easy to navigate and you can see what your available balance is through the app. It’s also very organized in knowing what you owe back. Deferit is also good to work with when you need to extend a repayment back.

Easier options to talk to customer service would be nice. It can be very hard to get ahold of customer service because their online customer service chat doesn’t always work. And it can sometimes take customer service a few days to get back to you through email. I also wish they had more options for the bills they will pay.
