All in all this is a great app and I highly recommend I don’t mind paying the $14.99 a month for the convenience.

This app is absolutely amazing. I wish this was around eons ago. I love the convenience of not having to pay my bill in full, but in for easy payments. This is just like QVC or Afterpay but for bills. It’s just awesome kudos to the creator of this app.

The only con I have about this app is when I started I believe I paid $10 a month if I’m not mistaken and now the price went up to $14.99 a month.

I love the flexibility they give us! I love that we are able to pay our monthly bills. I love that they listen.

I love that they understand and give us the opportunity to extend our payments. Now days is really hard to keep up with payments on time. I also love that we are able to move payments more than once for every installment. I will continue to use Deferit. I have recommended this App to friends. Thank you Deferit for helping us maintain our monthly services.

It takes a little too long to get more credit, but it is understandable if some of us ask for a little extra time to make payments… but I will definitely continue using this App.

Deferit has been very helpful with helping me keep my bills paid and up to date. Deferit pays many different bills and is extremely helpful when you don’t have it all up front.

Amazing customer service. They don’t want to own your soul😂 if there is an issue reach out. They will work it out. Bill pay is quick, easy and painless. It processes quickly and they confirm payment. Payment made within minutes in most cases. Never had it take more than an hour.

I have nothing bad to say. It has been nothing but a positive experience for myself.

I want to start off by saying I stumbled across this app and it’s by far the BEST app in my phone! Deferit is a great source of help when you need it. I started off with a smaller limit and now I am at $600 because they are loyal to their customers I am very loyal to them. If you have to reschedule a payment you can do so and it won’t effect the amount you owe! Also they just added a new feature where you can pay bills through them to report to your credit. I have told sooo many people to download this app and explained the process is super easy. I love deferit and will continue to use them I have never had any issues.

The only thing I don’t like is that they do not have a phone number but they are very very responsive through email. They normally respond within 48 hours .

Been using this for awhile. It helps me so much budget and clear bills. I recommend it to my family and friends.

I like the option of being able to split my bills up into four payments. I also like the option of extending my due date if needed to do so. The app also builds your credit history. It is a great app to use if you are in a crunch.

Great overall experience. Used for over a year. Highly recommend. Use it for phone and cell bills and mailed payments for others.

Allows me to split my bills over a 4 payment period and helps split up any larger bills. App works well as does website. Plus reports payments to credit bureaus so a win win.

Support can take a day or two but is responsive. Support is web based or email.

I have been struggling to pay my electric bill for several months now. I came across this girl who commented on social media about how she used deferit to pay her bills that allowed her to make payments. I looked into it and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! It was so easy to download and upload my bill. Even though it didn’t let me pay the full amount I owed, it still helped me out so much, and for that I'm grateful for. This app isn’t like others. It allows you to change the minimum payment owed if you still can’t afford it. It has made my life a little easier not being so stressed out about getting my utilities turned off. I will continue to use it and tell others about it hoping I can help someone else out that needs it. Thank you Deferit for helping families like mine in need.

I liked how it allows you to make payments how you like and it was very easy. I also liked that it’s an app to pay your bills like your utilities.

I didn’t like that it didn’t accept pre paid cards and I wish the amount allowed was higher. I also didn’t like that you have to pay a monthly fee to use it.

It's been a very good experience. There's flexibility with changing payment dates. And sometimes you're able to get a little increase, which is good to leave on file for emergencies.

Becoming a single income household with kids has been a struggle. Deferit allows me to free up some money paycheck to paycheck for basic necessities like groceries, diapers, etc. That keeps my family going. It's a blessing to say the least.

Sometimes it takes a long time to get a response now but you do get a response.

My mom has had a catastrophic illness and is hospitalized. Deferit has done nothing but harass and humiliate my mom. She had a massive stroke and is having to learn all aspects of life over. Despite me contacting Deferit on my mother's behalf explaining the situation they keep sending nasty and humiliating messages and emails to her. We don't know if she will survive but they will not stop. She has lost everything due to her illness.

Very quick and easy to upload documents. Bill are processed quick. Processing takes place immediately.

More money on what bills. Some bills can not be uploaded.

I cannot begin to describe what a GREAT help this app has been to me. I receive SSDI and this app has allowed me to break down my payments without having to worry if I can pay a bill or go without.

There is nothing that I can indicate is a a con to this app. I’m able to pay 2-3 utility bills each month.

My overall experience is highly satisfied. I rarely have any issues with using this app. I would like to see this app be expanded to help pay on student loans, car payments, and/or credit card payments.

Deferit is an awesome app! This app helps me budget my spending because I’m literally living paycheck to paycheck. It allows me to spread out my expense spending weekly by paying a small portion every week by splitting all of my bills in 4 smaller payments.

I don’t like having a preset amount to spend unless I’m an habitual spender not able to make my payments timely. But if I am a frequent user; then there should be approved benefits to use the app with an unlimited amount as long as I am in good standing.
