    I’m growing on the service and it has been a lifer saver during emergencies. I have been using Deferit for 3 months now and they may not always approve the requested amount even if it’s under my spending limit, but I do appreciate the counter offers they extend.

    Deferit gave me extra time with extended payments as needed to pay some bills. I only used it for a month then cancelled the app. Zip offers a similar feature without a monthly fee.

    Deferit Is a God Sent!!!!

    My overall experience was great!!! I was nervous at first wondering if the company was too good to be true, but I took that leap of faith and it paid off. I did call the company to make sure my bill was going to get paid, and to make sure it gets paid before my services would be disconnected, and the representative I spoke to was very kind, and polite. She verified my bill, and made sure it was sent over to be paid. She said it would take up to 3 hours, but it was paid in 30 minutes. I received an email from Deferit, and by my billing company of that confirmation.

    I came across Deferit by basically googling to see if there were any companies like pay in 4 for shopping, but for bills. I was hesitant of applying and uploading a bill, but I decided it couldn’t hurt to try. Especially for the fact I was in a situation where I needed the help paying a bill. It was either find a way to get it paid, or disconnection. I was approved for more than I needed for my bill, and it saved me from having my services being cut off. I’m so grateful for Deferit for being there in a time of need. I know everyone gets in a point in life one way or another when they need that extra help, or someone to be able to come through for them. And, Deferit did just that. To anyone who is on the fence about trying, don’t be! They are legit!!!!

    Stress relieving - right away know went transaction went through. You can call or email and get someone who is listening and will address your concern the most practical way. They will work with you They follow up with you as well. Also they don’t try to make you commit to anything. Or oversell anything or try add other services that will not be useful to the individual. Also, don’t get pressured to stay subscribed after you pay off your bill. You can always come back and re/subscribe as you need. Now, I am not one to write reviews. Anyway, I been planning to take time out after being impressed with courtesy I received each time I reached out. I should write review for apps like this. There aren’t many. I like some other cash advance apps but even they push additional, unnecessary services. For this agency, they seem to truly want to establish a connection with their customers. With goals on focusing things you really need. Now, it’s not like pushing they are selfless and all that hoopla. They’ll get something in return. You can see how they sustain because their bringing something new to the table. Again, that is helping you with essentials, such as; utilities, rent and I believe car registrations. Not loans. That is actually smart they offer to get you out of debt not add to it. Also, I have not read reviews till after writing this. I had to come back to fix typos. I want to add I believe these are legit reviews. They are consistent and specific qualities being pointed out. Let me be clear, I am a skeptical purchaser. I truly was impressed enough to stop and write a review. In a selfish way, kind of wonder if more people catch on, if Deferit will get too big and change. I know selfish but it’s hidden gem 😊

    I love the fact that it allows people who are in a bind to be able to get help with a bill. Everyone needs help sometimes and it's nice to know they have this option. I love that you can pay in 4 payments and can change the due date when necessary. I love that you have access to a live person to answer any questions etc… For the record I had the pleasure of talking to a very professional compassionate, understanding and courteous customer service rep named Shay. Shay also was very informative about Deferit and ensured I had understanding and clarity of my loan. The service fee is reasonable it’s just as much as Netflix or Hulu.

    They only con is that for them to ask for a down payment after you apply for help with a bill because if the person had the money they would not ask for the loan realistically speaking LOL …I mean I understand that Deferit has to have some sort of security but for the person asking for the help they may not have it or they are giving what they may need to get by for the week.     First month paying my Verizon bill was easy! Second month they emailed me saying they needed more info? So they took the first payment from my bank and said they didn't have correct billing info? When i text them back (No Phone Number) I said you paid it last month no prob. why billing question? After a min. they said it was fixed and then they charged me the first payment again! So double charged, but bill did get paid. Now trying to get double charge back is a nightmare!
