Finding this app was random, but I'm glad that I did. It helped me pay my water bill when I was in a jam. All I can say is thank you and you made my life a little bit easier.

When listing pros literally everything about the app is all great in my opinion! I wouldn't change a thing.

I can honestly say I have yet to find any cons with this program.

I’m growing on the service and it has been a lifer saver during emergencies. I have been using Deferit for 3 months now and they may not always approve the requested amount even if it’s under my spending limit, but I do appreciate the counter offers they extend.

Being able to split bills into 4 payments or 1.
The convenience of the app.
Having the option to have Deferit pay my bill for me without splitting the payment.

I dislike when I request an amount under my spending limit and even less than my bill because I only need a certain amount and the amount I request is decreased.

It's a good source to use so give it a try and you will like the company and I will give you a big high five! Keep up the good job!

Hello, It's my first time using Deferit and I think it's a good source to us when you need to pay a bill in 4 installments, and I recommend Deferit to all my family and friends when you need a little extra time to pay your bills.

Deferit needs to get to know you by reducing the amount that you can spend on the first bill, you will be charged a fee to use the services, but I wish there wasn't a fee but it's not to bad.

I like it and would recommend it to anyone who may be struggling at the time to pay for any bills to maintain your household.

I love the fact that I was able to use this service to catch up on some past due bills all at once to avoid any service disruptions.

I hate the monthly fee because I feel like I would be paying more instead of having a standard charge. I think it should make you a temporary card so you can pay the bill right away.

I am a widow and have a single income family and it’s nice this time of year when the electric bills are extremely high to be able to pay them like this. It was so easy to upload the bill and within an hour or so they had paid it I’ve already used it one time and paid it back and just used it again, I love it

There was nothing I didn’t like so far! My limit was $400 but I assume that that will go up if I keep paying in a timely fashion every time.

Overall experience was good and helpful and I’ll use the service again. This service saves lots of anxiety and saves you from getting into debt to pay a bill without all the ridiculous interest.

It was Fast and it pays the bill. Saves you from cancellation or late fees. The starting approval is a reasonable amount. The requested information was not too much or overwhelming.

Doesn’t pay just any bill and you have to actually upload a bill and await an approval which takes a few hours sometimes.

Overall the app has its pros and cons equally. I would consider using it if there’s a particularly large bill that might be easier to pay off over time once split into payments.

Deferit gave me extra time with extended payments as needed to pay some bills. I only used it for a month then cancelled the app. Zip offers a similar feature without a monthly fee.

There is a monthly fee, however it’s still worth the trial and the fee if you need extra time for payments on bills.

My overall experience was great!!! I was nervous at first wondering if the company was too good to be true, but I took that leap of faith and it paid off. I did call the company to make sure my bill was going to get paid, and to make sure it gets paid before my services would be disconnected, and the representative I spoke to was very kind, and polite. She verified my bill, and made sure it was sent over to be paid. She said it would take up to 3 hours, but it was paid in 30 minutes. I received an email from Deferit, and by my billing company of that confirmation.

I came across Deferit by basically googling to see if there were any companies like pay in 4 for shopping, but for bills. I was hesitant of applying and uploading a bill, but I decided it couldn’t hurt to try. Especially for the fact I was in a situation where I needed the help paying a bill. It was either find a way to get it paid, or disconnection. I was approved for more than I needed for my bill, and it saved me from having my services being cut off. I’m so grateful for Deferit for being there in a time of need. I know everyone gets in a point in life one way or another when they need that extra help, or someone to be able to come through for them. And, Deferit did just that. To anyone who is on the fence about trying, don’t be! They are legit!!!!

There’s nothing I didn’t like. I use the app, so everything was self explanatory. There’s also a help center with answers to questions you may have.

Decent but could be better. More pay in 4 options would be nice can’t even pay dish network. Hopefully it gets better.

Does not let me pay in 4 for any other bill than Verizon but it helps wants me to pay full price plus a fee to pay any other bill which I can pay with no fee.

Kinda disappointed overall paying 8 bucks a month for it to only work with one of my bills.

The only cons I can see are that multiple bills can’t be uploaded at a time in the beginning.

It is the perfect setup for daily life in todays setting with so many struggling we could use an advantage like this, it really makes it easier too pay those larger bills.

Stress relieving - right away know went transaction went through. You can call or email and get someone who is listening and will address your concern the most practical way. They will work with you They follow up with you as well. Also they don’t try to make you commit to anything. Or oversell anything or try add other services that will not be useful to the individual. Also, don’t get pressured to stay subscribed after you pay off your bill. You can always come back and re/subscribe as you need. Now, I am not one to write reviews. Certainly not connected to the company. Not part of a promotion, I did get an email about a chance to win a raffle. I don’t really get into tat stuff since I never win lol. Anyway, I been planning to take time out after being impressed with courtesy I received each time I reached out. I should write review for apps like this. There aren’t many. I like some other cash advance apps but even they push additional, unnecessary services. For this agency, they seem to truly want to establish a connection with their customers. With goals on focusing things you really need. Now, it’s not like pushing they are selfless and all that hoopla. They’ll get something in return. You can see how they sustain because their bringing something new to the table. Again, that is helping you with essentials, such as; utilities, rent and I believe car registrations. Not loans. That is actually smart they offer to get you out of debt not add to it. Also, I have not read reviews till after writing this. I had to come back to fix typos. I want to add I believe these are legit reviews. They are consistent and specific qualities being pointed out. Let me be clear, I am a skeptical purchaser. I truly was impressed enough to stop and write a review. In a selfish way, kind of wonder if more people catch on, if Deferit will get too big and change. I know selfish but it’s hidden gem 😊

Excellent customer service always get someone who answers questions and addresses concern quickly and efficiently. Very helpful app that works with you in ways you need most.

I have not experience cons. If anything, at first, would’ve liked if applied to more stuff. Like car loan. Right now, I believe they do only for rent and utilities. However, I actually think this makes more now. This way they can help you more with essential. Like, efficiently break down larger, bills for essentials versus stuff you want.

My overall experience so far has been good! I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. It definitely is helpful when you are in need of help with a bill.

I love the fact that it allows people who are in a bind to be able to get help with a bill. Everyone needs help sometimes and it's nice to know they have this option. I love that you can pay in 4 payments and can change the due date when necessary. I love that you have access to a live person to answer any questions etc… For the record I had the pleasure of talking to a very professional compassionate, understanding and courteous customer service rep named Shay. Shay also was very informative about Deferit and ensured I had understanding and clarity of my loan. The service fee is reasonable it’s just as much as Netflix or Hulu.

They only con is that for them to ask for a down payment after you apply for help with a bill because if the person had the money they would not ask for the loan realistically speaking LOL …I mean I understand that Deferit has to have some sort of security but for the person asking for the help they may not have it or they are giving what they may need to get by for the week. There are certain bills they don’t handle.

Bad... just Bad, No support $7.99 month. and impossible to get refund. If you're behind on a bill just work with phone company.

First month paying my Verizon bill was easy! Second month they emailed me saying they needed more info? So they took the first payment from my bank and said they didn't have correct billing info? When i text them back (No Phone Number) I said you paid it last month no prob. why billing question? After a min. they said it was fixed and then they charged me the first payment again! So double charged, but bill did get paid. Now trying to get double charge back is a nightmare!

NO phone support, and text support could care less, And it's $7.99 a month with no support!

I am a 70 Yr Old Retired Woman on Social Security & Pension (fixed income). Deferit has really helped me out through the Pandemic aftermath of rising costs of everything.

I like that you can just “Deferit”:
- Pay Bills in Four Payments instead of all at once.
- If you get paid twice a month you can even change your Payments Due Date to your PayDays.
- Easy…Just Upload a photo of Bill & they will Text/Email when it is ready to approve & when the Bill was paid, etc.
- Very Quick Service
- I have had several Bills Deferred & had No Problems with any of the transactions.

There is nothing that I disliked.
Everything was quick, accurate & great.

Deferit helped me pay my electric and avoid having my power shut off. Relieve a huge amount of stress for me and I can't thank them enough.
