Great experience easy to use I have been able to change my due dates when needed with out an issue.

I am a single parent and this app allows me to pay my bills on time and spread the payments out. I don’t always have the lump sum at once to pay.

I have not come across any cons so far. It has been easy to use.

Overall, I would happily and emphatically recommend Deferit to anybody and anyone who would listen. I anticipate there may come another time were I'll be needing this company again and I fully plan to utilize their services once again. Thank you.

The fact that there is an app that exists to assist people that are struggling is beyond phenomenal and I am more than happy to sing the praises. This company has been absolutely understanding and compassionate and work with me even when I was struggling more than I anticipated.

I didn't like that there were certain cards that I couldn't link because I had an easier time transferring money to those cards than I did transferring them to cards that were accepted by the company's policy.

Super streamlined experience. Would definitely recommend and try again. The more it’s advertised the more people would use this simple process.

The ease and how simple it was for the entire process. It literally took me 5 minutes to setup and submit my bill.

I have have no cons. If i had to list one it would be the small fee but nothing is free. It’s better than most I’ve see.

When I was in a pinch I sent a copy of my bill and they set up a payment plan and the bill was taken care of and I remained in good standing with the company. Since then I have used them multiple times and give them 5 stars every time!!!

I have nothing to add in this section. I feel that they offer everything you need to handle bills.

Great app easy to use and offers a great way to pay your bills off on time but still have that extra money for a rainy day.

The way they help you split up those really large bills is great. They allow you still pay your bills on time but still have that extra cash when you may need it. I would recommend this product and application to everyone with ease.

Great idea smaller payments make it easier on the budget and bills are paid. Plus they take the payment out so you don't have to worry about forgetting.

I totally forgot about my $300 insurance payment. Came due between paydays. paying all of it would have left me broke

They are fraudulent. Taking your down payment and not paying your bill. Every time I reach out to them, they tell me they are behind in paying.

I paid my down payment and bill never got paid. I keep getting a story about that had so many people using them they are behind in making payments. I think that don’t have the funds to make the payments.

They are not making the payments. Take your money and don’t make the payment.

I have had a fantastic experience with Deferit, I have never had any issues with getting any of my bills submitted or paid.

I absolutely LOVE Deferit. It has helped me through so many rough patches to get my bills paid on time, over 4 payments. My electric bill has been sky high since I am still catching up from Covid and this has been a lifesaver. I recommend them to everyone I know and I will continue to use their service.

No cons on my end at all. I have never had any issues submitting or getting my bills paid.

Overall I am 1000% satisfied! I stated the only downfall that I can see is the limit increases take a little longer than I’d like. There’s no phone number for customer service.

I love Deferit! It’s truly been a big help especially with the economy today! I started at $300 limit, I’m at a $600 limit now. I highly recommend it!

It takes a while to get increases in your limit! There is no customer service number (I’ve never had to use customer service personally) but that’s the only downside.

The Company helped me out of a bind on 2 occasions. Both occasions very very crucial to me and my every day life and with very little or no hassle they pulled me through!!

A slight delay on deliver due to having to mail check for payment but still came through.

Very disheartening for a first time experience. Wouldn't say that right now I would recommend the service to anyone. To know that if Georgia Power hadn't contacted me that my family would have been in the home without power is beyond acceptable. Deferit has to do much better.

Thought of the service being helpful. Turned out to be a headache and still causing trouble even trying to get refunded what they took and not paying our bill.

Bill was submitted and my bank account was charged for the payments along with the subscription and now the following month I was informed by Georgia Power that we were behind a month and our service was due to be turned off it not paid. Can't get ahold of anyone via phone and in sending emails that take 2-3 days for a response I am being told they wont assist with anything until I can prove that they didn't pay the bill to the biller. Really, you as a company know whether or not you paid a bill but you sure as heck took the funds without a problem. Not being able to get ahold of anyone of the Heroes by phone makes this process even harder to accept.

I completely love it! It's simple, easy and no late fee plenty if i cant make a payment on time. I will most definitely use this app a lot more.

It helps me get my bills paid on time. And if i cant make a payment you can easily get the payment day moved.

I just don't like that u have to make 2 current payments before u can upload another bill.

To be honest I just signed up. A friend referred me. So far so good. It's been a great experience and I will definitely be referring people immediately. I work for myself as a handyman so sometimes I don't have all the money I need at once. Also you can choose the way you pay the money back. You can pay it back in full or in payments. 5 star app.

When ever you can't afford to pay the entire amount do split pay it helps.

Scale of one through ten. 10 being highly recommended i score it a 10. I was able to pay two phone bills and take the stress of the big bill off my shoulder.

Very convenient for paying bills. I have used this app twice now to help pay my AT&T phone bill, it was fast, and helped in a hard time.

It has only allowed me to use $200 out of the $300 it gives me.

Great easy experience. In a few minutes your bill gets paid and you get ease of mind that your utilities will stay on.

Helps during tough times. Sometimes there’s just no way to pay the bills. I found Deferit and managed to keep my electricity on at home.

I love this app and the experience i've had with them! Deferit has paid 3 of my bills so far. And the bi weekly payments are affordable.

Sometimes it wont pay the full amount. For example i needed $264 paid to a $344 bill and they only paid $200 of it. better than nothing though!

Great experience when using this application. I am glad it was available during a time when I needed help.

The app is user friendly and I haven’t had any issues using it. The amount that I was approved for was fair. This meant a lot especially reviving from being ill with covid and not working for a week. I was short when I needed to pay my bills. Deferit really helped me.

Nothing at this time I have no complaints. I am pleased.

Avoid this SCAM company at all cost. Find another way if you can because these people will screw you.

They suck!

They will send you a text that the bill is being paid only for you to find out that they payed a portion.

Easy app and process was quick just submit your bill and other information and it’s paid! Was not hard to do and upload bill.

It was easy and saved me from my lights being cut off I was canceled a lot at my job bills was getting overwhelmed and Deferit came through. It is easier for me to pay every 2 weeks with what they offer instead of the full bill amount I didn’t have. Will use them u til I get caught up but rather have the full paid than to be cut off. Thank You.

What you qualify for can be more but anything helps at the moment!
