    I didn't like that there were certain cards that I couldn't link because I had an easier time transferring money to those cards than I did transferring them to cards that were accepted by the company's policy.

    They are fraudulent. Taking your down payment and not paying your bill. Every time I reach out to them, they tell me they are behind in paying.

    Overall I am 1000% satisfied! I stated the only downfall that I can see is the limit increases take a little longer than I’d like. There’s no phone number for customer service.

    Very disheartening for a first time experience. Wouldn't say that right now I would recommend the service to anyone. To know that if Georgia Power hadn't contacted me that my family would have been in the home without power is beyond acceptable. Deferit has to do much better.

    Thought of the service being helpful. Turned out to be a headache and still causing trouble even trying to get refunded what they took and not paying our bill.

    Bill was submitted and my bank account was charged for the payments along with the subscription and now the following month I was informed by Georgia Power that we were behind a month and our service was due to be turned off it not paid. Can't get ahold of anyone via phone and in sending emails that take 2-3 days for a response I am being told they wont assist with anything until I can prove that they didn't pay the bill to the biller. Really, you as a company know whether or not you paid a bill but you sure as heck took the funds without a problem. Not being able to get ahold of anyone of the Heroes by phone makes this process even harder to accept.

    To be honest I just signed up. A friend referred me. So far so good. It's been a great experience and I will definitely be referring people immediately.     Easy app and process was quick just submit your bill and other information and it’s paid! Was not hard to do and upload bill.

    It was easy and saved me from my lights being cut off I was canceled a lot at my job bills was getting overwhelmed and Deferit came through. It is easier for me to pay every 2 weeks with what they offer instead of the full bill amount I didn’t have. Will use them u til I get caught up but rather have the full paid than to be cut off.
