    I love deferit.com they have helped in many ways keeping sure the electric is on and the phones in service helping with bills. My mother is partially paralyzed from a stroke and I help take care of her it's hard at times since the bills, rent, and everything keeps going up. but I love deferit.com as they have helped keep things running and making payments is such a blessing.

    I'm relieved and excited and glad I was able to find some help because since my husband passed away last November of 2021, I'm having to take care of rge bills and its really hard to do when you're disabled.

    Overall it's a great app with great features the only thing that needs to be adjusted is the date that the fee it's paid that should be left to the consumer and not such a solid date when Deferit company decides.

    I liked it. It's quick and effective bills get paid right away I also like the way that you can upload a bill.

    The only down fall that I've had with this app is the fact that when I signed up I was given $1,000 limit and then within 24 hours it was cut to 300 and now it's at 400 would be nice if it was higher then I could do all my business in one place I also do not like the fact that you can not adjust the date the monthly fee is do.

    Helpful but horrible communication

    This could be SUCH a good idea and great company and maybe it was at one time. I just did my second bill giving them the benefit of the doubt - requested it to be paid Monday, it’s now late Thursday and no payment has been made. You can’t really brag about how you help people pay bills if you can’t even pay them on time after you take their money.

    I just wish there was better communication, and more up front about the volume they’re receiving. At this point if the bill isn’t paid tomorrow, I’ll need to go pay that too, and then I’m out the money I’ve already paid deferit to pay the bill to begin with.

    The bill eventually did get paid. The app and the website are extremely user friendly and easy to use!

    They don’t pay the bill the day they say they will. When you reach out to them they will say they are overwhelmed with orders and trying to get to them as fast as possible. There is absolutely zero mention of this when you submit the bill and make a first payment though- they do not communicate this until you reach out asking why the bill hasn’t been paid yet.

    Deferit suddenly can't pay bills online-sending checks?

    I used this service once and they paid my cable bill on time and even changed payment dates for me- I went to my cable bill again, did everything exactly the same, uploaded the same bill, only to be informed that they had to send a check which would take 7 to 10 days- no way I could wait that long, could only get through on chat and was disconnected when I asked for a supervisor, it does not make any sense that they somehow couldn't pay the same exact bill just for a different month online- I think that it's really bad for business in today's digital world to offer to send a paper check in 7 to 10 days, especially when they require that you make your first payment before they even do this. I never heard from a supervisor so I just told them to cancel my account and refund my monthly fee- still no response regarding that. Be careful if you need a bill paid sooner than 10 days.

    Too complicated. Support that cut off my call and sent a summary of the support chat to my email thinking they had resolved my issue by ignoring most of my questions. Think I'll stick to just paying my bills myself when they are due. The fees are excessive and unconscionable and now I need to get an independent ombudsman body involved for the 2nd time in 6months. Beware - Steer clear!

    That you could pay your bills now. It good but the fees are hidden. On their website if you click on what are the fees it says:
    On your website it says
    We charge a monthly subscription fee of $14.99 - just like a Netflix or Amazon Prime subscription. However, instead of giving you access to unlimited streaming, this covers as many bills as you have active at any time with us, for up to $2,000 depending on your personal account balance! All card payments contain a 1.5% processing fee. We do not charge any interest or late fees ever. THIS DOESN'T EVEN MATCH WHAT THEY CHARGE!!!!!

    The fees are hidden and the way they calculate the fees and when they charge them is ruthless.
    I just uploaded 3 bills. I've been charged $9.99 per bill ( and two of those bills were $39), plus the Web Operator told me I would need to pay $9.99 today monthly fee and again another $9.99 monthly fee in 9 days time.
    I don't know what school their accountant went too but a month is at lease 30 days so you should only pay the monthly fee once and only every 30 days not 5 times within 14days.

    I was in a pinch and a friend told me about Deferit. I tried it and was able to pay a bill by making payments on it without the biller knowing I didn’t have their money on time. It really helped me when I needed it. Unexpected expenses happen and Deferit is there to help you like family.

    I loved that you could change the repayment dates to a time that works for you. The automatic payments make it easy so you don’t have to worry about forgetting to pay DeferIt back. You can also pay everything back early if you come into some money down the line.

    I didn’t like that you couldn't choose more or less installments. It’s always 4 payments which is not helpful if you’re paying multiple bills with DeferIt. The past payments and current payments can add up and get you in a bind if you’re not careful.

    Deferit LITERALLY saved me after my mom passed

    I love this app! My mom recently passed in December 2021 from colon cancer at the age of 82. While out of town caring for her so many of my very own bills got behind. Once I returned home I was in a state of hysteria because my water was about to get shut in a few days as well as my cell phone bill.
    I was just returning to work and my check wasn’t due to come for over two weeks.
    Deferit was a GODSEND during a very tumultuous time in my life. I just didn’t have the energy to be trying to figure out the A’s and B’s, right after mom died and being in severe mourning. Was just too much.
    I’m not gone lie, I was leery at first. However after reading reviews I decided to give them a try. I found the customer service number called them and got a nice young lady to walk me through just to put me at ease.
    It was SO easy!
    I was able to get those bills uploaded, verified, and paid within 24 hours, giving me ample time to pay them off in installments.
    I have been back to work for awhile, taking one day at a time getting better since moms passing. I have since paid off both payment accounts with Deferit and must say I will definitely be using their service again!

    I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and the ease of using the service. Especially during a time when I needed it the most.

    I don't mind paying an extra fee for the service. I just wish it wasn't setup as a subscription. Maybe they'll change it in the future. We'll see how it goes....

    One thing to keep a close eye on is that they cannot always pay the full amount of a bill. Be sure to watch for that and take care of the rest separately if you need to.

    Wonderfully helpful, resourceful App! You won't be disappointed and will only pay a low-cost monthly subscription fee.

    Can have larger bills paid in full by the due date and then make smaller payments back to the app over a period of four weeks, really helps out when a larger bill is due and you may not have the complete payment on that specific date.
