I have used the service 3x now and each time was a very smooth easy to use service. Would highly recommend to anyone needing help making your money stretch a little further.

Process was very easy and user friendly. You have the ability to change your pmt date which is a bonus. Could highly recommend.

So far I haven't found anything negative with the app.

It helped me from getting a disconnect notice which took a huge weight off my shoulders less stress.

I like the fact that you get help paying your bill.Times are hard for some it’s a relief to have it.

I didn’t really think this was possible. I tried it and it was a dream come true.. made my payment and I didn’t have any issues at all …. Love it.

Had a small mishap where the payment didn’t go through at first but when I reached out customer service the payment went through and they even called me back.

Very good, I highly recommend, total life saver from me, especially, with the pandemic, inflation, and unemployment.

You can break up expensive bills in 4 payments at no extra charge. Like ridiculous rip off astronomical phone bills, like AT&T. Can’t wait to dump them, after 40 years of loyal service, they pay you back by jacking up rates during a pandemic. The only corporation who was unwilling to work with the unemployed, Deferit has been a god send.

Here and there it took a while to respond but the reps were amazing.

I would use it again because it was quick and easy to process. Being able to setup payment dates is very helpful.

Phone bill was overdue and phone had got turned off. Just when I thought I was out of options Deferit showed up. I was able to cover my bill and pay it back over time.

The monthly fee when I’m not using the service I think is a little much.

Honestly the only con I had was it has to be an actual bill to upload, my cell phone service doesn’t have an actual bill like my energy bill does.

My experience is 100 percent great, not too much to do it's to the point and I enjoy having it just in case.

I love Deferit because when you are backed up on a bill it helps a lot very grateful for this app and I hope others that are behind on a light bill etc take advantage.

There's no cons!! I love everything about this app.

Absolutely heartbreaking and horrible. They have no honor and had left me with no money to go bury my sister. It's the most hurt thing I have ever gone through. They are topical of companies that are fraudulent and they will not last. Please don't become a victim. They don't care about the damage they caused and will not fix their mistakes.

There aren't any PROS if they pay your bills late cause you to have your service cut off or cancelled. The fees are too high for the damage the cost you financially. It they were trustworthy the fee would have been worth it. They absolutely don't have in pros. I was burned the 3rd time I tried them. They are offering to help you with serious bills and didn't hold their end to paying them in a timely manner. I have never had my car insurance cancelled in 44 years of driving. They aren't trustworthy at all.

The is a completely awful company. They paid my car insurance 6 days after they were supposed to. It caused my car insurance to be cancelled. I paid $73.00 on the 1st installment on 3-25 they didn't pay my bill until 3-31. They sent an email that my bill had been paid on 3-26. Which was a lie. The insurance company took $129.00 on 3-31 because the cancelled the coverage on 3-31 and that was the prorated amount. I paid $208.01 to have my policy reinstated on 4-4. Totally I paid $73.00, $129.00 and $208.00 on a bill that was only $228.00. I still owe $55.00 to Deferit. They worm out and offer to pay my late charges. They did this at a time I was seeing about a terminally ill family member. Who died on 4-3 at 8:39 a.m. from cancer. This company doesn't have any integrity or honor. They are cruel and will take advantage of you. They throw away what could have been a life time customer had the own and fixed their mistake. Please don't even try this company. Your bills are too important to trust them. I lost dearly at a time I am suffering the most.

Overall experience was great I just needed a simple bill paid that I was behind on and setting this up.
To pay it was easy and the payments to pay off the balance were, very reasonable.

I love that I was able to pay a past due bill , it help me so that my balance could down , it was paid in 24/48 hours and the payments weren’t expensive and unreasonable. Thinking of using it in the future if I ever need assistance and fall too far behind again.

Maybe if could go a bit higher on the amount of money to borrow.

Overall this has been a great app for me to have it has really helped with my more costly bills each month which in turn is helped me to be able to stay a head of my bills cause it allows me to stretch my payday a little further thanks so much.

I like that they have a flexibility you need when it comes bills they pay date also can be changes if needed.

One of the cons I would say would be that it’s hard for me to change the pay date you can only do it on certain days so u can’t really pic when u would be able to make payments another con for me is I can’t use it to make car payment.

Absolute scam. They stole my money. They are dishonest and thieves. They took my money and never paid the bill.

There is nothing good. They take your money, promising to pay your bill, but the bill never gets paid. They are thieves.

They stole my money and violated the contract. They claim my bill was paid on the 17th but today is the 22nd and it still has not been paid. They took my money and didn’t pay the bill. Scam!
