The overall experience was very good and greatly appreciated. It came in handy exactly when I needed because I didn’t know how. I was going to pay the account.

I like how the app pays your bill exactly when you pay and it doesn’t take days to pay it. Soon as you make the payment it’s paid.

They only thing I didn’t like was that you can’t always pay the whole bill they only pay what’s approved.

I’ve had a great experience. The app is very user friendly and the service and response time is phenomenal. I would recommend and have recommended this service to friends and family.

I like the fact that I can use this service to keep my car insurance current. The due date falls on a non payday so finding this service took the stress out of worrying about my insurance being canceled. The process of uploading the bill and getting approval is so simple. They pay right away as well. You even have the option of changing your due date if you need to. Overall a very good service for individuals like myself who are a little short on funds, but want to maintain a good standing with their bill commitments.

You can’t do credit card bills. It’s a bummer, but understand the explanation behind it. No other cons for me. The service is remarkable and very much needed.

I love the app and will use it again if ever needed and recommend to others. I’ve used once so far but if ever needed will use again.

Help get my bill or bills down especially when it’s high payment and money tight. It really came in handy.

If the payment for the account of the bill can be process quicker.

I had a higher cell bill due to incorrect billing needed to pay a larger payment and was concerned how I was going to afford to this month. Saw Deferit advertised and was skeptical at first but decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did. I paid my entire bill and can make 4 installments to them. This allows be to budget. This service is great it’s like Afterpay for bills!

Small Subscription fee but I believe it’s worth it.

Awesome, amazing, easy, a financial relief I really really love Deferit. Very easy process and it’s fairly quick.

I love that your are able to pay a smaller amount increments. When you need to pay a bill such as car insurance , phone bill etc and don’t have a lot of many Deferit comes through. I forgot how I even find the app I think I had stumbled across it on google and was like I’m going to give it a try! And I feel in love with it. It’s a $7.99 for monthly service fee which is understandable. I have referred the app to friends and family as well.

I would say may not being able to change the date to a date you will have the money, because it only let you reschedule the two weeks from the day you applied. Also they don’t pay car notes or maybe it was just my lien holder, I don't know.

Wonderful service. Definitely will continue to use. My friend uses the device too. Very convenient.

This has helped me out so much being a single mom of twins. When I had to call and speak to customer service, they’re we so nice and friendly and helped me out! Definitely recommend.

Getting through to customer service was a bit of a wait.

Overall experience was amazing! I use the Deferit app to pay my Verizon phone bill!
200+ bill and I only paid 34 dollars in each installment.

The ability to pay any bill in installments!
The ability to change thee “pay due” if anything happens or transpires.

So much to like! Nothing to dislike! You will love it.

I love that it helps me to pay bills when I can't afford it all at once. Definitely makes billing life better.

I don't like that when I try to push a payment out that doesn't fall on my payday it tends to tell me I can't why give the option if it really isn't one.

Easy to use! They work with many company’s. Pays right to your bill/company. You yet notification as soon as they pay the bill so you aren’t worrying.

Not great if you’re trying to pay a bill last minute. Could take a couple days.

So who could have thought you could pay your bills in 4 no interest? I love it this has saved my butt a few times do its creation is so much appreciated.

So far everything has gone smoothly for me I don't have complaints.

They paid my bill so fast, when I seen it email me it was paid I couldn't believe it was done I went and looked and sure enough paid in less then an hour!! I have spoken with there customer service also and they did everything possible to help me and figure out how to fix any issue. They are a very great option when you need a little help like we all do sometimes. Like I mentioned if they had not paid my electric bill I'd be sitting in the dark with my children so I'm beyond grateful.

Sometimes they have to pay by check if the bill you're paying doesn't have a guest payment portal they can't call in either.

I used Deferit once to pay a bill and although it took a little longer than I would have liked it was paid out within a reasonable time. When I use this again I will be sure to give myself enough time to submit the bill to be paid. Will definitely use again.

They are extremely helpful when you have a bill due but your funds are low. They process your bill quickly and if you need extra time to repay a payment, they let you extend your due date. Highly recommend.

There can be a Long wait on phone for customer service.

Deferit is amazing I will definitely be using more often! It’s very simple and easy to use. The payments are easy to pay off in a timely manner.

I love that I was able to pay my Comcast bill and make weekly payments it helped me out so much during covid when I was barely working. I needed my internet for my daughters schooling and I was super stressed out but Deferit was fast and easy to use and they started me with a decent amount to help me get ahead with my Comcast bill.

I wish it was able to pay off credit cards or car payments or help build your credit once paid off.

I am able to pay my bills on time and still afford to have extra money to get groceries and gas for the week.

I love the fact that I am able to pay my household bills in installments with out the worry of being disconnected.
