PositiveOne of the main reasons we adopted HubEngage was to fix how inconsistent recognition was in our company. Appreciation used to depend heavily on individual managers, which meant some employees were constantly recognized while others were overlooked. HubEngage made recognition more structured and visible across the organization. The peer-to-peer recognition feature made a big difference because employees can now appreciate each other directly, not just top-down. We also liked the automated milestones like birthdays and work anniversaries it removed manual effort while still making people feel valued. Over time, we noticed morale improve because recognition became more frequent and transparent.
NegativeSetting up recognition categories and reward structures took a bit of planning. You need to decide how formal or casual you want the system to be. Also, it works best when leadership actively participates early on.

It auto-translates content in real-time into 14 international languages which is a big plus for our offshore team of associates.
The analytics are instant and deep. It also provides us with ready graphs for use in internal reports. We can also add segments to be included in the analytics.
It has got all the modules rolled into one app - engagement, recognition, social networking, surveys, messaging, chat, video conferencing, forms, news feeds, document repositories, quizzes, and much more.
