    One feature of HubEngage that has been very useful for us is the AI chatbot. Before using it, employees would constantly reach out to HR or managers for simple questions like company policies, leave requests, or where to find certain documents. It wasn’t that the information didn’t exist it was just scattered across different systems, so people didn’t know where to look.

    We finally fixed our broken internal communication
