Tax Matrix is great. PA taxes are the biggest upside. Timekeeping clocks are easy to use. Set up on timeclocks easy

Onboarding issues are consistent especially with I-9 documentation

While it takes some time to familiarize myself and grow comfortable with using the system, it's obviously a very powerful system.

isolved provides great service for our clients, and it is an incredibly versatile and robust system that allows us to come up with creative solutions for our clients.

There's a somewhat steep learning curve, with so many little specific granular aspects.

Overall I have felt more and more comfortable using the platform on a daily basis. It has helped me advance my career

The system is easy to use and the accessibility is great. The system has been easy to learn and grow skills on.

Not a lot of people know about the system and it can be intimidating if you don't know what you are looking at.

Great system, has some flaws but iSolved is always adding new features and you can request changes be made as well!

It has so many capabilities that others don't AND they are continually making improvements. Any platform that has been around awhile have already been beat out by them!

They still have a little ways to go before they have it all but they are working on it

Overall a great HRIS platform as a one-stop shop for all HR needs. Highly customizable and a great team that listens to our needs.

While no platform is perfect, iSolved contains many functions and features to allow their partners and clients to use their service with ease, resulting in lost lasting relationships with the platform. As part of the implementation team who sets up new clients with iSolved who come from other payroll providers, I've found iSolved is the easiest platform to navigate.

iSolved has many features that triumph other payroll software's. iSolved has an wide variety of reports for any business's needs. From payroll, hr, audits, etc, iSolved has the report you need. Most pages allow you to export into an excel spreadsheet, a quick way to edit and save what you need. iSolved has been releasing many fraud protection features as it is becoming more relevant. The iSolved community is very welcoming and partners come together to help each other.

While iSolved makes many updates and fixes, some of these releases cause other things to break. iSolved does work quickly to resolve problems, but it does affect partners and clients. iSolved can improve on their response time for customer support tickets.

Overall great system with amazing customization options. Isolved allows you to have a lot of freedom when building your business.

You can create just about any type of business profile! The system is super detailed and tailored for all businesses.

The system can be too confusing for users not super tech informed.

I have experienced migrating information from another program into iSolved, I have processed payroll, pulled reports, taught client users how the program works. Overall I think we made a great decision to change to iSolved and I look forward to seeing what all it can do

The ease of use from both the perspective of Service Bureau User and Client Users. The reports have everything I need and when I can't find one, the iSolved team is so helpful!

Some of the additional security features have been hard to teach to our older clients. But security is so important that I am also grateful iSolved stays so on top of the issue.

I strongly recommend anyone run far far away from isolved! If it were in my power to change I would.

We did have one issue recently that, while it remains unresolved over one week in, isolved actually initiated contact to follow up (a first!). So that is positive.

The service is absolutely horrible! It has been consistently terrible for the entire 3 years I've been with the company. Despite reaching out to upper management for help on more than a few occasions, we have seen no drastic improvement. Some issues have been significant, involving employee's pay or state taxes, which are unacceptable. We routinely have to chase down answers or resolutions rather than the support team proactively working to resolve issues, even those that have been directly caused by them.

Overall I'm enjoying my experience on iSolved. The community is nice and the website is easy to navigate.

I like the nonstop commitment to improving as professionals. I like all the self help tools available to me now. I'm glad to be part of this community.

I wasn't a huge fan of how long it took to verify my account but I understand that it's necessary.

This product saves me so much time! What use to take the last lady almost all day on Fridays takes me less than an hour on Wednesdays. I LOVE iSOLVED!!!!

With our last program that we used, I could go in the parameters of the system generated reports & tweak them (add or remove columns) to better suit my needs. Sometimes the system reports give blank columns or more info than I need at that time.

Compared to other products I've used I would choose isolved everyday over the others. Sometimes it's hard finding the answer you need to questions because the university articles are hard to search and some tickets go unanswered for a while.

I like how robust the system is, and can be customized to each client. There are many add on modules to tailor to clients as well.

Because it can be customized there is a lot of room to change one thing and it throw off everything else in the system

I love the system. I wish I had all day to build out the amazing features such as onboarding slide shows, videos, etc. iSolve is a robust system and if you have the time to create a home for your employees, they can feel comfortable, this is it!

We no longer need a 3rd party HR to administer a system. Our payroll and HR representatives are quick to respond and helpful. Employee communication has increased and is more efficient helping turnover.

The iSolve benefits department takes about a month to respond to HSA inquiries.

Isolved makes payroll processing a smooth process and very easy to use. Customization of the software to meet all your clients needs is totally attainable.

Used to be a lot better than it is now. Not sure what happened in the last few years, a little disappointing.

Newer customer service has been below average. Issues with new employee payroll twice. Employee no showed to our meeting

iSolved is a great technology and really helps simplify the employee recordkeeping and reporting. Payroll and benefits flow pretty seamlessly.

System has been easy to learn over the years and there are continued updates with the intent to improve the process.

Sometimes updates cause issues but they get resolved quickly typically.

Overall I do enjoy iSolved and would recommend it to others who may need these services as well.

Some thing about iSolved that I enjoy is how accessible it is. I love that there is a community where I can connect with other users and also see if others have solutions to problems that I may have.

There aren't many cons that I can think of when it comes to isolved but one thing that I can think of is, often times when there are tickets put in regarding problems, it isn't answered in a timely manner.

Of the few time systems I have worked with, iSolved Time is by far the easiest in terms of programming. I also feel the level of support and the response we receive is very good.

The ease of use of the system. It is very user-friendly. The features that are currently in the system are nice and looking forward to all new time items that are yet to come.

Some of the releases of new items or updates to the system do not always go smoothly and have caused major issues with our clients not being able to access the system or certain parts of the system. It also seems like if there is something that has an issue on a release it is usually the Time system that takes the hit.
