I appreciated our dedicated service team, but at times we struggled to get follow up on support requests from the "right" person who could resolve our issue.

Loved the customization in our isolved setup, particularly in the time and attendance. We utilized a number isolved solutions, including payroll, benefits, COBRA.

We struggled to help our employees understand the confusing time off dashboard and I constantly fielded questions from employees about how much time off they had remaining for the year. An outdated user interface that lacked contrast and clarity led us to another provider.

I am very satisfied with the platform and current options. It has been very useful in payroll, tax documents, and employee functions. The team likes the APP and says it is easy to use.

I do like the continued development of the platform. I have appreciated the service when issues arise. We use the payroll and benefits services and both are very effective tools for us.

The geofence platform has not been very effective for us. In some locations it works wee and others it rarely works.

Overall I would highly recommend iSolved for payroll. I know they offer HR services and 401k services as well.

Makes payroll so much easier. Easy to get through the process and submit quickly. Love that they take care of the taxes for us (monthly and quarterly). Less stress on my part. Everyone was great to work with and very helpful. Isolved has made payroll a great experience.

It is a little frustrating when I have an additional payroll for end of year and I can't just add the payroll in myself. All of the training courses I've done through the University shows you how to add one in yourself, but I have never had that access even though it says we do. Other than that it's been a great experience.

This is a product I would recommend to others. I am an implementer and I love seeing how configurations come together. The product is always improving with our actual input and isolved is always on top of all compliance matters for payroll and taxes.

This product is ever-changing for the better with the end-user in mind. Suggestions that are sent up actually put into effect! The system is easy on the eyes and user-friendly. It's comprehensive without being too complicated.

isolved has a lot of offerings which include products that have been acquired. With that, the look and feel is not as cohesive as I would like and sometimes the functionality could use some adaptation to what the core isolved offers.

Great product and great customer service. I highly recommend. The transition was easy because of the team.

Offers are great like payroll, recruitment, onboarding, reviews and engagement. Lot's of integration possibilities.

The overall interface could be better especially for mobile.

You can find similar features in other software, but you won’t find the same people. 1. Limited in Certain Views/Features
The AEE version still doesn’t support everything Classic does so Supervisors/managers have to toggle between the two views.

2. System Performance/Glitches
Occasional bugs, such as timecard “save failed” messages or slow load times. New updates sometimes introduce unexpected issues.

Most of the features work fairly well, but a few need lots of retooling. However, most updates are unnecessary while major needs go without.

Great for an all-in-one platform making it easier for employees to access more information in a one stop shop.

Constant updates and constant issues with the product. Biweekly releases always have at least one issue if not more. Also, the login process is not user friendly.

Overall great system when compared to its competitors when looking at price and capabilities. Great for smaller business owners.

Its user-friendly interface and employee self-service tools help streamline HR processes. The system provides strong reporting capabilities and is cloud-based for easy access. Payroll functions are reliable, and customer support is generally responsive.

Mobile app functionality is limited, and some users report glitches in time tracking. System updates may occasionally cause workflow disruptions.

4.5/5 stars only complaint is the consistent issue with I9 documentation on the onboarding process.

Tax Matrix is great. PA taxes are the biggest upside. Timekeeping clocks are easy to use. Set up on timeclocks easy

While it takes some time to familiarize myself and grow comfortable with using the system, it's obviously a very powerful system.

isolved provides great service for our clients, and it is an incredibly versatile and robust system that allows us to come up with creative solutions for our clients.

There's a somewhat steep learning curve, with so many little specific granular aspects.

Overall I have felt more and more comfortable using the platform on a daily basis. It has helped me advance my career

The system is easy to use and the accessibility is great. The system has been easy to learn and grow skills on.

Not a lot of people know about the system and it can be intimidating if you don't know what you are looking at.

Great system, has some flaws but iSolved is always adding new features and you can request changes be made as well!

It has so many capabilities that others don't AND they are continually making improvements. Any platform that has been around awhile have already been beat out by them!

They still have a little ways to go before they have it all but they are working on it

Overall a great HRIS platform as a one-stop shop for all HR needs. Highly customizable and a great team that listens to our needs.

While no platform is perfect, iSolved contains many functions and features to allow their partners and clients to use their service with ease, resulting in lost lasting relationships with the platform. As part of the implementation team who sets up new clients with iSolved who come from other payroll providers, I've found iSolved is the easiest platform to navigate.

iSolved has many features that triumph other payroll software's. iSolved has an wide variety of reports for any business's needs. From payroll, hr, audits, etc, iSolved has the report you need. Most pages allow you to export into an excel spreadsheet, a quick way to edit and save what you need. iSolved has been releasing many fraud protection features as it is becoming more relevant. The iSolved community is very welcoming and partners come together to help each other.

While iSolved makes many updates and fixes, some of these releases cause other things to break. iSolved does work quickly to resolve problems, but it does affect partners and clients. iSolved can improve on their response time for customer support tickets.

Overall great system with amazing customization options. Isolved allows you to have a lot of freedom when building your business.

You can create just about any type of business profile! The system is super detailed and tailored for all businesses.

The system can be too confusing for users not super tech informed.

I have experienced migrating information from another program into iSolved, I have processed payroll, pulled reports, taught client users how the program works. Overall I think we made a great decision to change to iSolved and I look forward to seeing what all it can do

The ease of use from both the perspective of Service Bureau User and Client Users. The reports have everything I need and when I can't find one, the iSolved team is so helpful!

Some of the additional security features have been hard to teach to our older clients. But security is so important that I am also grateful iSolved stays so on top of the issue.

I strongly recommend anyone run far far away from isolved! If it were in my power to change I would.

We did have one issue recently that, while it remains unresolved over one week in, isolved actually initiated contact to follow up (a first!). So that is positive.

The service is absolutely horrible! It has been consistently terrible for the entire 3 years I've been with the company. Despite reaching out to upper management for help on more than a few occasions, we have seen no drastic improvement. Some issues have been significant, involving employee's pay or state taxes, which are unacceptable. We routinely have to chase down answers or resolutions rather than the support team proactively working to resolve issues, even those that have been directly caused by them.

Overall I'm enjoying my experience on iSolved. The community is nice and the website is easy to navigate.

I like the nonstop commitment to improving as professionals. I like all the self help tools available to me now. I'm glad to be part of this community.

I wasn't a huge fan of how long it took to verify my account but I understand that it's necessary.

This product saves me so much time! What use to take the last lady almost all day on Fridays takes me less than an hour on Wednesdays. I LOVE iSOLVED!!!!

With our last program that we used, I could go in the parameters of the system generated reports & tweak them (add or remove columns) to better suit my needs. Sometimes the system reports give blank columns or more info than I need at that time.
