PositiveLoved the customization in our isolved setup, particularly in the time and attendance. We utilized a number isolved solutions, including payroll, benefits, COBRA.
NegativeWe struggled to help our employees understand the confusing time off dashboard and I constantly fielded questions from employees about how much time off they had remaining for the year. An outdated user interface that lacked contrast and clarity led us to another provider.

NegativeThe geofence platform has not been very effective for us. In some locations it works wee and others it rarely works.

PositiveMakes payroll so much easier. Easy to get through the process and submit quickly. Love that they take care of the taxes for us (monthly and quarterly). Less stress on my part. Everyone was great to work with and very helpful. Isolved has made payroll a great experience.
NegativeIt is a little frustrating when I have an additional payroll for end of year and I can't just add the payroll in myself. All of the training courses I've done through the University shows you how to add one in yourself, but I have never had that access even though it says we do. Other than that it's been a great experience.

PositiveThis product is ever-changing for the better with the end-user in mind. Suggestions that are sent up actually put into effect! The system is easy on the eyes and user-friendly. It's comprehensive without being too complicated.
Negativeisolved has a lot of offerings which include products that have been acquired. With that, the look and feel is not as cohesive as I would like and sometimes the functionality could use some adaptation to what the core isolved offers.

Constant Updates Cause Many Issues

As part of the implementation team who sets up new clients with iSolved who come from other payroll providers, I've found iSolved is the easiest platform to navigate.
PositiveiSolved has many features that triumph other payroll software's. iSolved has an wide variety of reports for any business's needs. From payroll, hr, audits, etc, iSolved has the report you need. Most pages allow you to export into an excel spreadsheet, a quick way to edit and save what you need. iSolved has been releasing many fraud protection features as it is becoming more relevant. The iSolved community is very welcoming and partners come together to help each other.
NegativeWhile iSolved makes many updates and fixes, some of these releases cause other things to break. iSolved does work quickly to resolve problems, but it does affect partners and clients. iSolved can improve on their response time for customer support tickets.

PositiveWe did have one issue recently that, while it remains unresolved over one week in, isolved actually initiated contact to follow up (a first!). So that is positive.
NegativeThe service is absolutely horrible! It has been consistently terrible for the entire 3 years I've been with the company. Despite reaching out to upper management for help on more than a few occasions, we have seen no drastic improvement. Some issues have been significant, involving employee's pay or state taxes, which are unacceptable. We routinely have to chase down answers or resolutions rather than the support team proactively working to resolve issues, even those that have been directly caused by them.

NegativeWith our last program that we used, I could go in the parameters of the system generated reports & tweak them (add or remove columns) to better suit my needs. Sometimes the system reports give blank columns or more info than I need at that time.
