There was a steep learning curve in navigating the software, but I am confident with my skillset and use of iSolved now. I am so thankful for the time iSolved has saved me. It is definitely a program that I look forward to using.

Time and record keeping, payroll, direct deposit, onboarding, 401k management, benefits management... literally everything! iSolved is the bomb.

The 401k retirement enrollment was a steep learning curve, though that is something that a person only should have to deal with once. I am thankful for the outcome and iSolved's support team.

Product has very good features. Customer Service Representatives are professional and very knowledgeable.

Conversion to isolved time was a challenge. All issues were resolved, however it took some time.

Great web-based software, employee friendly, easy to use software that allows for HR/managers to quickly review time and attendance.
Also allows for easy data extraction and reporting, which is user friendly as well.

Sometimes have slowness, unresponsiveness in loading.

My overall experience with iSolved has been great! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My emails are responded to in a timely manner. If customer service is not able to answer quickly, they send an email letting you know they are working in the issue.

- I love the option for employees to submit time off request and missed punches through the system, less paperwork!!
- I appreciate the notifications you receive when you log into the system (ex: State tax changes, upcoming holidays, the reminder when to submit times when a holiday is approaching)

Once you submit payroll you cannot make any changes, you have to call in. I am also a user on the Paychex system and once I submit with them, I have 15 minutes to make any changes myself.

The system is great, the back end (customer service) is the main issue which has turned us away from using them for more services. We recently lowered our services to our basic needs due to reoccurring issues we have had with them.

The system/app is overall easy to navigate once you figure it out. Most of the system is self explanatory.

Customer service can be a hassle, getting a response or an accurate solution for your problem is sometimes an issue.

iSolved is the only platform I have used since starting in HR/Payroll. It is very ease to use, customer service people are always nice. I highly recommend it.

Ease of use is the main thing I like about this platform. Customer service is always very friendly and are as helpful as they can be.

Finding the report I want. The report titles sometimes don't make sense. For instance, I asked for a report to track Tardies, the report I was given is titled "Default Schedule Variance Export". Seems like too complicated of a title than what is needed.

I have worked with isolved for years (both with my current company, and with a previous employer). The service has been a great tool to streamline our internal processes at a time when outsourcing to a 3rd party payroll processor makes so much sense.

With the constantly moving payroll landscape and multiple state employees, we appreciate the reliability and knowledge base we get with isolved.

There have been a few hiccups along the way, but isolved has been responsive in addressing any small issues we've come across.

isolved has a lot of features but also takes a lot of time to learn these features. Depending on your client base, this may or may not be the platform for you.

isolved has the most features for those intense payrolls out of all platforms. There is a function for everything.

isolved requires lots of training and lots of experience.

Having been in the payroll/HRIS industry for almost 20 years, with experience in various leading large and small HCM platforms, isolved does remain a competitive solution. Regardless of the areas for improvement, one can tell that isolved takes the general needs of their end users into account.

From the end-user perspective: Easy to use & intuitive; able to manage simple to some complex payroll needs; offers ATS, LMS, GL, and a slew of other integration options; clean mobile ESS UI; constant releases to stay up to date on, or ahead of, industry standards.
From the setup/admin user perspective: Individual client conversions are rather easy; recently updated reference materials and courses in isolved's knowledge base are helpful; contacts we partner with at isolved are helpful and friendly.

Would love to see...better reporting options at both the individual client/end-user and system admin levels (report building that can merge multiple tables, or create percentage-based outputs using overall totals in report not just individual line detail), competitive upgrades to older modules, as well as core HCM dashboards that can be customized by employer, or even groups of end-users.

I love the software and what it has done for our HR experience overall. It has greatly improved our employee experience for onboarding, payroll, time and record keeping, benefits enrollment, and many other great feature.

Lots of tools/options to choose from to improve and develop great HR practices and increase capacity.

Cost - Every additional feature comes with a price.

The overall use of the system is easy due to the progression and intuitiveness of screens. It has saved time in onboarding and open enrollment of benefits. Many payroll errors have been eliminated due to employee engagement, their ability to view their own timesheets has made payroll a breeze. I only wish report writing could be simplified.

Overall, we love the system. We use it for hiring, onboarding, self-service, quarterly and year-end administration, and HR needs. The price is comparable. There are lots of features you can add in and different price levels.
The billing is easy.

We have been with isolved for over 6 years. The switch from inhouse to outsourced payroll was easy. The program is great. Lots of customizable features, tons of general reports and easy to create new ones, and great features for my employees.
We love the onboarding and self-service access.

I wish some features like the I9 had filling functions for the government agency.
Also, I wish proper names and street/city names would self capitalize.

Overall this is a very good product and I would definitely recommend it to payroll departments who are struggling with the software they currently use.

In 20+ years working in payroll and using several platforms, this is by far the best one. It is one system and one database, so everything from onboarding to timekeeping to processing payrolls runs very smoothly.

Sometimes support is a bit slow. Especially if you need to request a custom report. However, the report writer is pretty strong, so that's not something we need often and the support is still better than I've experience with other payroll/HR platforms.

Working with isolved has been a great experience. From our dedicated account manager to the sales team and the customer service.

Since implementing the Applicant Tracking System, we have brought our total hire time down by 75%.

It would be great if we didn't have to download resumes to see them full screen.

Overall, isolved has been a wonderful platform that is able to adapt to a companies changing needs. The employee experience is easy and employees are able to do everything they need on their mobile phones.

With isolved being a true single database, employee information is more accurate and takes less time to enter in as there is one record. The system also provides the full hire to retire and continues to evolve with the changing market.

I think the time & attendance portion of the system could be built out further to accommodate more shift differential complications, but for basic shift differentials and regular timekeeping, it works great!

Overall, I love ISOLVE!! Can't imagine doing my job without isolved. I'm overall happy with my isolved services.

I love all the products, We use. They make my job easier. Makes things easier for my employees to use.

I don't like that for support there are so many different people to talk to. Seems like three different contacts for every area. Would love one contact for each department.

Overall it's a good experience. There are a few big payroll features missing but the adds make up for it.

The software is futuristic. Anything you can want in a payroll software is here. It works as designed most days.

Support is sub par. They take forever to get back to you.
